Tang Yuehua is Tang Xiao’s younger sister and Tang Hao’s sister. Her Wishful Ring Martial Soul is a mutation of the Clear Sky Hammer, but its defect left her unable to exceed Level 9 despite possessing Innate Level 9 Soul Power.
