"Alice... you?" Klein's doubtful voice sounded. Alice turned to look and found him covering the left half of his face with his right hand.
The expression on the exposed right half of his face was terribly twisted. He seemed to want to laugh, yet also seemed not to have recovered from the pain. Seeing Alice look over, Klein quickly suppressed his smile and said:
"Have them leave for a moment."
Alice turned to look at the Chief. Without needing any further reminder, the Chief led the team away. Alice turned back to Klein, who finally lowered his hand and showed her what he looked like now.
The left half of his face appeared transparent, revealing the forms of twisted worms. The same was true of the neck not covered by his collar. Alice looked at Klein's left hand and robe, discovering bulges of worms occasionally appearing beneath his clothes.
Alice raised a hand to her forehead and said in a deep tone:
"Do You Know, Klein...
"When I usually look at you, this is what you look like."
"...?" Klein blankly raised his left hand, looked at her, then at himself, his expression uncertain. "...Is the world Angels see really this absurd?"
"Not necessarily all Angels." Alice Spread Her Hands. "Honestly, I Doesn't Really Like seeing these worms all tangled together... You Don't Know, Amon looks like this too... Oh, right, give me a mirror."
"Do you want to see what you've turned into?" Klein Swept Over her with a glance. "Don't worry, there aren't any scales on your face. As for a mirror... you may have to wait a little."
After Paused, he looked at Alice's puzzled expression and asked:
"What kind of me do you prefer?"
"...?" Alice's expression grew even more confused.
Klein also realized that his
