Through World Honored One as a benchmark, Lu Yang had finally gained some measure of judgment regarding the strength of the Dao Lords. Even so, he remained wary.
I can't believe everything World Honored One says.
Though he is also a Dao Lord, his position in the [Other Shore] is still too low. Sometimes, a single leaf blocking one's sight can instead mislead my judgment.

"Heavenly Duke will no longer be an obstacle to you."
Lu Yang immediately caught the issue in World Honored One's words and said gravely, "There is also Jiangnan. Could it be that even you, Senior, are wary of that Great Sword Sect member from the Sword Pavilion?"
World Honored One raised an eyebrow slightly at this, yet did not answer directly. Instead, he gave Lu Yang a meaningful look before changing the subject. "Since you have already reached a partnership with Ling Xiao, you should have learned quite a few hidden secrets of history from him, including this era's ending."
Lu Yang's expression changed at once.
...This is bad!
From the way World Honored One put it, he has clearly concluded that I am a cultivator who emerged after Ling Xiao. Did something I just said expose a flaw?
Was the problem with the Great Sword Sect?
