Nature of the Realm

Foundation Establishment is both a cultivation stage and an actual realm entered during breakthrough. Cultivators ascend there to forge their Immortal or Dao Foundation, rather than merely advancing their internal cultivation. 73 130

Only after reaching Foundation Establishment does a cultivator “truly enter the Dao.” Their Dao path becomes an essential secret and a potential weapon, as its intended Golden Core fruit position can be deduced and obstructed by others if exposed. 93

The realm is not a Blessed Land. It is continuously swept by the Bi Wind, which erodes a True Person’s soul and limits their lifespan to roughly three hundred years. 130
