Fairies born of nature were one thing, but races steeped in religion like Angels, demons, fallen Angels, and Goddesses were extremely rigid in this regard. They each held entirely different beliefs and were willing to stake their lives on them—therefore, most battles between demons in this world could be considered religious wars.
Of course, the most troublesome of them were demons and Angels. Those two races fought almost the instant they met, battling until the heavens darkened and the earth blurred, with no idea when to stop. Unless one side was completely wiped out, neither would ever yield.
The races mainly residing in Fang Zheng's building now were Fairies, earth spirits, sacred beasts, and dragon gods. The Fairies and earth spirits had come from the tribal groups brought along by the Pixie beside Sayu and the Flower Soul beside Hanabi. The strong aura of nature had naturally attracted the sacred beasts, while the dragon gods were even simpler—Fang Zheng was the Time Dragon. When the Dragon Race saw him, would they not hurry to kneel and worship him? Were they courting death?
It was precisely because of this that, under the "construction" of these races, Fang Zheng's building had become completely permeated with an atmosphere of nature and civilization. Not only were the exterior walls covered in vines, but even the commercial district originally beneath the building had been entirely submerged beneath a sea of glowing flowers, forming a beautiful environment much like a botanical garden.
Sayu and Hanabi also liked this environment. Usually, they enjoyed chatting with the Fairies downstairs.
