As a beam of light flashed, Fang Zheng appeared beside the Teleport Crystal. He looked up and surveyed his surroundings.
According to the information he had received from Kuroyukihime and Argo, the PK players known as Smiling Coffin were mainly active on the second, third, and fourth floors. They rarely appeared on the first or fifth floors. The reason was simple: the fifth floor was currently the main base of the major raiding parties, filled with top-tier high-level players. Smiling Coffin would have to be out of their minds to go there and throw away their lives.
The first floor, meanwhile, was the headquarters of many guilds. After all, Darkmoon Blade was the only guild that possessed a guild base. Other guilds still treated Starting Town on the first floor as their temporary headquarters. If they ran into a guild leader leading their members on a raid there, that would be practically suicidal.
So, for the time being, the second, third, and fourth floors were relatively better choices.
Something was indeed wrong.
After leaving the safe zone, Fang Zheng swept his gaze around, and his expression darkened slightly. He was currently in the material-gathering area of the second floor. Logically, there should have been quite a few crafting players gathering materials here. Yet all Fang Zheng could see were groups of players in guild uniforms collecting materials nearby. Everywhere else was deserted, completely lacking the bustling scene from before.
Criminal Players...
Fang Zheng lingered near the safe zone for a moment, then headed deeper into the forest.
As he went farther in, the area soon became completely empty. Fang Zheng stopped at a gathering point and began collecting materials. His gathering skill was not particularly high, but he did not care. He had not come here merely to gather materials.
