More than two hundred new recruits were divided into over a dozen formations, carrying out basic physical training on the training ground. The familiar sight made Luo Ya feel rather nostalgic.

The assembly whistle blew.
"Fall in!"
Urged by the Instructors, the new recruits gathered curiously in the middle of the training ground. They spent their days training, so there were rarely any new developments.
Before long, the recruits formed neat lines in groups of twenty, their gazes turning toward Luo Ya, who stood most conspicuously on the platform.

Normally, Instructors were retired noncommissioned officers, with a few Lieutenant Officers mixed in. The training content was generally similar, mainly focused on improving the recruits' basic physical fitness.
Meanwhile, there were fewer than ten School Officials at the rank of major and above even in the Loguetown Branch. They were important combat forces of the branch.
Having such an important figure instruct them was like using a cannon to kill mosquitoes. Even they felt it was a waste.
