Background / History

Meiyu is a member of the Mei Family and the daughter of Mei Yun. From childhood, she was repeatedly targeted by people—including members of her own family—who regarded her with killing intent. Her family’s protection kept her alive, but she eventually chose to stop relying on them and fought back through schemes and lethal methods. 296 367

Her victories made her a public enemy among the younger generation. Meiyu formed her own faction, but internal betrayals, outside enemies, and coordinated attacks ultimately destroyed it. She then descended to a lower realm, sealed her own cultivation, and lived in concealment to escape the constant pursuit. 296

She later encountered Di Tian at a tomb-filled graveyard. Although he was a Heavenly Demon, Meiyu was an anomaly: a demon beyond the Demon Seed’s control. The Heart Demon and Blood Demon treated her with extreme deference, calling her “Sister Meiyu.” 276

Meiyu became interested in Di Tian after witnessing his unusual strength and the Sky Swallowing Beast recognize her hidden presence. Her father later advised her to follow Di Tian, having identified his Three Lives Body cultivation. 283 285

After traveling with Di Tian to the Chaos Heaven Realm, Meiyu disclosed both her past and her early Creation Realm cultivation. The System confirmed that, like Di Tian, she was classified as a villain rather than a Child of Destiny. 294 296
