Background

Huangfu Feiyan returned against the heavens with memories of a prior life in which Di Tian took her Origin and left her to die. Initially believing she had returned to kill him, she instead found herself conflicted by lingering attachment and uncertainty over whether his actions had been caused by his Heavenly Demonic Body. 61 94 209

After her rebirth, she ruthlessly purged the Qingtian Divine Dynasty. An ancestor recognized her as a “true Empress,” while her father, Huangfu Ganjiang, willingly yielded the throne because both he and the dynasty’s ancestors trusted her rule. 42 43 71

She traveled to the Canglan Realm in anticipation of an opportunity that would also draw Di Tian. There, at Misty Rain Pavilion, her imperial pressure silenced the onlookers and marked her first direct encounters with Lin Chen and Di Tian. 43 53 55

Coronation as Empress

Huangfu Feiyan formally proclaimed herself Empress of the Qingtian Divine Dynasty, with the dynasty’s Destiny Golden Dragon amplifying her imperial aura across the Qingtian Ancient Domain. 71

During the coronation, she openly defied a golden figure connected to the Heavenly Dao. When confronted over her right to act, she refused to recognize its authority; the figure’s lightning dragons vanished before they could harm her. 72

Conflict with Di Tian and the Heavenly Dao

Her relationship with Di Tian shifted from suspicion to devotion after the Heavenly Demon attempted to seize her True Immortal Divine Body. Believing Di Tian had only three months left to live, she exhausted pills and personal effort trying to save him, then vowed to remain with him even if he took her body’s Origin again. 94 95

While fighting on the Ancient Battlefield, she killed enemies of Di Tian and incurred the Heavenly Dao’s wrath. Her identity as a Child of Destiny was subsequently stripped, leaving her with a sense of impending crisis; despite this, she told Ye Liuli and the others to protect Di Tian. 264 267

Together with Ye Liuli, she activated her True Immortal Divine Body and launched an attack that surpassed the Samsara Realm and reached Divine King-level power. She sacrificed her physique to strengthen the strike, but the Heavenly Dao bound both women and stripped away their Spiritual Power. 267 268

Feiyan Imperial Dynasty and Death

Huangfu Feiyan later led the Feiyan Imperial Dynasty and intervened when Di Tian moved against her younger brother, Huangfu Kuangmo. Though she initially refused to make him kneel, she ultimately humbled herself to protect him and the dynasty. 334 339

Di Tian exploited her devotion to her family, forcing her to dance while threatening and killing members of the Huangfu family. After Huangfu Kuangmo’s death, she performed a final dance for Di Tian; he then pierced her chest and extracted the Origin of her True Immortal Body, killing her. 350 351

Immortal Realm Return

Despite being listed among Di Tian’s killed Children of Destiny, a later Huangfu Feiyan appears as an independent personality. She identifies herself as the Innate Saint Body Dao Embryo, joins the Immortal Demon Palace, and becomes Tantai Yujing’s disciple. 395 464
