Background

Ronan is a transmigrator who retained the memories, photographic memory, and extraordinary intellect of a feared “madman” from another world. Before his transmigration, he was an orphan; in his new life, his mother gave him his first experience of maternal affection. 3 7

His mother was a wizard in an Empire deeply hostile to wizards. When Ronan was two, his father, Luo Tiger, personally burned her to death after her identity was exposed. Ronan was then sent without trial to Crescent Prison’s lightless Seventh District under a life sentence. 3
