Information Tide was a fairly broad term. Many phenomena could be called that. First, one had to understand the Shilin Apostles' theory of the Great Unification of Information, the concept that all things were information, and then it became easy to understand what an Information Tide was. The void was zero, so the moment any information appeared, it became "nonzero" — which was why all things were beneath the void. The violent turbulence of such nonzero information was an Information Tide. Genesis, the end of a world, the creation or collapse of large-scale Order Fields, and evaporating world fragments could all be categorized this way.

"Whoa, I never thought the Chapter 1615 Belt we discovered might have celestial bodies inside. Should we dodge it, or..."

This is a good chance to study it up close. Maybe we can find out what the Destruction Wave really is. Tawell, have your team get ready and bring all equipment online. We're about to do some research."
Viska happened to tumble out of a Teleportation Gate just then. No idea what state she had been in while teleporting here, but she had fallen from midair. Hearing Sandora's words, she sprang up at once. "Holy shit, your research spirit is fucking insane!"
"Shilin style, Shilin style." I could only wipe
