First Appearance Chapter 330: “Viska’s Anomaly” 330

Background

Viska is a God Race member who chose the Light path despite originating from the Dark God Race, a decision she attributes to choosing the wrong specialty. She was sealed for tens of millions of years while controlling an Abyss Gate, and her prolonged symbiosis with it left her with an exceptionally powerful Abyss reaction. Her time among the Abyss faction is also associated with gaps and instability in her memory. 330 550 1435

Before these events, Viska served as the Great General of the Viska Destruction Legion. Hundreds of thousands of years ago, she rescued the Black Forest Tribes from their collapsing universe and relocated them to their present universe; the tribes preserved her sealed “treasure” trove and remembered her as their savior. 1321 1335

Viska is described as a clone who began with no meaningful initial data. Her confused, violent early existence and lack of ordinary experience contributed to her unusually intense curiosity once she was accepted into a family environment. 336

She later became associated with the Moon, revealed to be the planetary fortress Viska Bastion Star. Although her personality was incomplete more than 700,000 years earlier, she somehow manifested a Glory Starship—a mental-image warship normally requiring extraordinary mental energy and soul strength. 335 847

Appearance

Viska’s most recognizable form combines an elegant, almost ceremonial appearance with distinctly inhuman traits. She can alter her presentation and uses an illusion disguise around ordinary people. 656 1178 1377

  • Ankle-length silver hair, often spreading behind her like a silver waterfall 548 802
  • Blood-red, vertical cat-like pupils 846 1377
  • Pale skin and black rune-like tattoos when releasing Abyss power 548 1434
  • A black, mist-like evening dress and matching long gloves 548 802
  • Black wings described as resembling “the pure black night” 862
  • Golden sacred armor and a metallic battle-skirt when fully armed 1357

Personality

Viska is impulsive, confrontational, curious, and habitually disruptive—the “Rogue” nickname reflects both her fighting style and her disregard for normal etiquette. She tends to act before considering consequences, whether smashing Empire property, experimenting with unknown objects, or provoking people for amusement. 642 1158 1485

Her recklessness coexists with an unusually sharp and versatile intellect. Viska can analyze ancient technology, occult systems, military hardware, historical inconsistencies, and large-scale strategic problems despite often presenting herself as uninterested in serious work. 330 797 1404

She is also stubbornly private about distress. Rather than ask for help, she conceals problems until they become unavoidable. Beneath her rough behavior, she shows guilt over past harm, concern for vulnerable people, devotion to fallen subordinates, and a sincere sense of responsibility as a goddess. 552 677 802 1373 1381

Abilities & Skills

Holy Light and Divine Arts

Viska is a Light Goddess whose Holy Light can be used offensively, defensively, and as a basis for large-scale energy engineering. Her divinity also gives symbolic influence over reality beyond raw combat strength. 550 1382

  • Wrath of Holy Light — an instant-activation attack that reaches its target in roughly half a second regardless of distance. 797
  • Its energy arrangement was adapted into the Psionic Death Star’s Wrath attack, a high-speed energy pulse that ignores distance. 797
  • Maintains a God Form capable of shielding allies from Abyss-contaminated environments. 1430
  • Can manifest sacred armor and a golden longbow for combat. 1357

Abyss Affinity

Viska’s long symbiosis with an Abyss Gate gave her an abnormal affinity for Abyss power, although she previously sealed this side of herself. 550 1435

  • Can release black divine-language sigils that distort surrounding light and emit an Abyssal aura. 1434
  • Her Abyss reaction is described as unprecedentedly powerful due to tens of millions of years connected to an Abyss Gate. 1435
  • Her Abyss energy weakened after Chen Jun’s intervention, allowing her to recover from her previous state. 557
  • She remains afraid of direct contact with unknown Abyss-related objects despite her own resistance. 1158

Soul Resonance

Soul Resonance is a divine art available through both Shadow and Holy Light systems. It adjusts two souls into a primary-secondary relationship and permits either linked separation or full merging. 1353

  • The secondary soul can share information with the primary soul through a mental link. 1353
  • A merged soul externally displays the primary soul’s characteristics while both personalities remain distinct. 1353
  • Viska’s own soul separation later left her body vulnerable and dependent on others for care until her return. 1372 1377

Combat Prowess

Viska is an overwhelming close-quarters combatant who favors direct, improvised violence despite having access to divine weaponry and armies. 556 993 1328

  • Can fight high-level Void entities through brute force; she is specifically noted as one of the few capable of harming a Void-form opponent. 556
  • Uses a staff capable of breaching an Assault Ship’s armor. 993
  • Favors a brick and longbow in personal combat, but can deploy materialized Elemental Creature forces when necessary. 1328
  • Destroyed a Fallen Apostle ship’s engine and transformed into a sphere of light to salvage part of its wreckage. 1037
  • Captured and controlled Accelerator during the Academy City incident. 366

Analysis and Perception

Viska combines technical knowledge with mystical intuition, often recognizing patterns that conventional analysis misses. 330 642

  • Identified an ancient teleportation-device pattern and helped trace its reference point through historical star charts. 330
  • Perceives space-time changes, including shifts connected to major inter-realm events. 642
  • Deduced hidden constraints on a world’s goddess and flaws in its historical records. 1404
  • Analyzed planetary-scale curses, residual demonic energy, and the probable age of magical devastation. 1416

Equipment and Assets

  • Viska Bastion Star — the Moon-shaped planetary fortress under Viska’s control; its missing star rings may threaten its long-term stability. 335
  • Glory Starship — Viska’s personal mental-image warship; its existence is considered anomalous given her incomplete former personality. 847
  • Golden longbow — wielded while she is in full combat readiness. 1357
  • Sacred armor — golden, rune-covered half-armor with a metallic battle-skirt design. 1357
  • City-breaking staff — used to smash through Assault Ship armor. 993
  • Viska’s treasure trove — a sealed collection containing odd relics, including a prototype ship, giant stone, square planet, and other inexplicable objects. 1335

Relationships

  • Chen Jun / A Jun — ally, confidant, and eventually romantic partner. Chen saved Viska after their initial conflict and later accepted her unconventional proposal. 550 1598
  • Sandora — close companion and frequent collaborator in military, historical, and technical matters; the two often bicker despite trusting each other in crises. 330 1037 1314
  • Pandora — her sister; their personalities sharply contrast, with Pandora calm and restrained where Viska is intensely curious and chaotic. 336 847
  • Kuwa Yin Poisonwing — father; a serious Dark God Race nobleman who is deeply grateful to Chen Jun for saving Viska. 730
  • Aisha Li Scarlet — mother; an elegant and strong-willed figure whose appearance closely resembles Viska’s. 730
  • Bellavella — former associate from Viska’s Fallen Apostle period, whom Viska calls “Older Sister Bellavella.” 382 632
  • Black Forest Tribes — a people Viska rescued from universal collapse; they guarded her treasure trove for hundreds of thousands of years. 1321 1335
  • Pula Han — leader of the Black Forest Tribes and a loyal guardian of Viska’s legacy. 1335

Trivia

  • Viska once reshaped a planet into a cube because she disliked its original shape; the object became known as General Star. 1335
  • She treats books as both reading material and blunt weapons, claiming that an open book purifies her soul while a closed one can purify an enemy’s head. 733
  • She won a long-distance race at an academy sports festival but ran past the finish line after becoming distracted. 665
  • Viska named her new divine lineage §Viska⊙Race§, considering it suitably girlish. 1382
