Honestly, sometimes I was quite curious about the male-to-female ratio among the Shilin Apostles. Whether this was a race where women outnumbered men or men outnumbered women had always seemed like a sociological puzzle to me. But why did it feel like the Shilin Apostles constantly bouncing around in front of me were all girls? Never mind the Empire's highest-ranking leaders or the ones doing chores around the house—those were our girls. If you tried to shove a man in there, he would have to be feminized, softened up, and trained into being cute before he could pass.
