The blade art could be divided into nine layers, each corresponding to one blade prison. The further one progressed, the greater its power became.
The first layer was the Blood Prison Blade. It condensed blood qi and gathered blood-qi blade balefulness, nurturing the blade with blood and constructing a blood-qi blade prison. Any martial artist who entered it would have their blood qi affected and drained away, at the very least withering dry from blood loss.
The second layer was Bone Prison Senluo. Its blade-prison forest was like the wailing of ten thousand bones, specializing in destroying the Primordial Spirit until both spirit and form were utterly annihilated.
The third layer was Fire Prison Burning Heaven. It drew the fiery balefulness of heaven and earth into the blade, condensing a power of incinerating annihilation, like the karmic fire of red lotuses burning all things to ash.
The fourth layer was Ice Prison Extreme Cold. Blade qi transformed into a prison of ultimate frost, freezing spiritual power and sealing heaven and earth in ice.
The fifth layer was Lightning Prison Heaven's Punishment.
The sixth layer was Wind Prison Formless.
The seventh layer was Darkness Prison Soul Devouring.
The eighth layer was Light Prison Purification Annihilation.
The ninth layer was Nine Prisons Unification, Unending Return to Ruins. With a single swing of the blade, all nine prisons appeared at once. Heaven and earth were reduced to nothing, and nothing could withstand it.
It bore some
