Background / History

Bibi Dong was Spirit Hall's Saintess and the disciple of the then-Pope, Qian Xunji. While searching the Star Dou Great Forest for soul rings, she encountered Zu Zong while he was disguised as Lan Zong. Mistaking his partnership with Liu Erlong for something improper, she challenged him despite being ten ranks below him. Her resolve to fight for Spirit Hall's honor remained firm even after learning he was a rank 59 Soul King. 257

During their first encounter, Bibi Dong displayed a notably kinder and more approachable disposition than her later public persona. She used her Death Spider Emperor's spider spears, web restraint, and Thorn Spider Armor against Zu Zong, but avoided his vital points with her poisoned projectiles. Bibi Dong invited Zu Zong to travel with her group after reaching rank 50 and seeking a spider-type fifth soul ring.
