After seeing the Great Dao powers within the Pearl, Patriarch Styx asked Huang Tian to transfer nearly all of his foundation there.

After losing to the Dragon Clan, the Buddhist Sect attacked the Sea of Blood to restore its prestige and subdue the Asura Race. Patriarch Styx confronted the army with Zhao Wuji at his side, and Mahavairocana Tathagata called for an attack.
