There were very few of them. Given the Draenei's pitifully slow reproduction rate, this group likely accounted for less than one-tenth of the current clans.

That meant that even if some Draenei truly wished to remain in Draenor, their numbers would not exceed twenty thousand. The dreadful reproductive habits of an eternal-life species meant that number would remain at this awkward level for a very long time.

Twenty thousand Draenei were not even enough to sustain the daily operations of a major city like Karabor Temple.

The orcs felt no psychological pressure whatsoever about accepting a civilization that lived long and reproduced little as part of Draenor.

Though theirs was a clan-based civilization, their population was far from small. They were Draenor's dominant race, and orcs reproduced much like humans, essentially remaining in a state of "perpetual rut." The rate at which they had children was unimaginable to the abstinent Draenei.

In short, the old orc meant that the orcs and Draenei could indeed maintain lasting peace, provided that the promises made by Velen and Diakum were honored!

That is, the vast majority of Draenei would leave Draenor in the future and return to their homeland of Argus to reclaim their Legacy.
