Having just trekked all the way through the darkness, each of the dozen or so people bore injuries to varying degrees. Some of the more seriously wounded could not even stand, while even those with lighter injuries were mostly battered and bruised.

After glaring at the Big Guy beside her, the Woman dressed in a distinctly knightly style turned to look toward the center of the camp.

"We pose no threat to them, and we can help defend this place. This Glimmer Camp has been built so lavishly—I don't think they'll refuse us."

Biting down on the bandage around his hand, Scarface shook his head.

"To them, we're an unstable factor. And haven't you noticed? There aren't many people in this camp."

As he spoke, Scarface glanced in that direction.

In his eyes, the Players in this camp were all quite distinctive.

A black-haired, expressionless loli carrying a coffin on her back; a two-meter-tall, musclebound man with a tiger-like back and bear-like waist; an Assassin Girl with a cold expression and her face covered by a Black Scarf Mask... along with a frail Girl clutching a book to her chest.

Compared to their group of nearly twenty, the other side had far too few people. Even if they counted the Players currently participating in the Game, there probably would not be more than fifteen.
