The labels changed every half hour. If a Player happened to be alone when the labels refreshed, they might die a stifled, miserable death without ever learning what label they bore.

The corner of Bai Zhi's mouth twitched slightly. Just as he was about to say something, a phantom suddenly began to slowly materialize before them.
As the dust-covered wooden door slowly opened, an enormous corridor-like room appeared before the Players.
On both the left and right sides of the room stood stacks upon stacks of old Televisions. They were packed densely together, stretching so far that the end could not be seen at a glance.
Static and snow flickered across the stacked old Televisions. Like silent black-and-white films from the last century, scenes played soundlessly on their TV Screens, with every Television displaying something different.
Some showed a lonely black-and-white room, with a puddle of viscous jelly-like matter on the floor at its center. Others showed a wilderness, where Bamboo Poles over ten meters tall wandered aimlessly. Still others displayed nothing but a huge eye filling the entire TV Screen, staring hollowly beyond it.
Not every Television had an image. Some old Televisions had gone completely black,
