Arc 5Rain Country’s Rise

Jingū Kiraku forced Konoha to accept peace on Hidden Rain Village’s terms, then expanded the village’s territory and began sweeping military, educational, and technological reforms. As the village grew stronger, Uzumaki Yōji asked Jingū Kiraku to save his clan from Iwagakure.

  • Jingū Kiraku welcomed the Land of Rain’s citizens after defeating Konoha’s forces and used his paper sword to split the clouds and reveal sunlight.
  • Jingū Kiraku rejected Konoha’s offers, demonstrated his power to Akimichi Torifu, and used the Aerial Fortress and Zero Tails to destroy Ironwood Town.
  • Akimichi Torifu accepted Hidden Rain Village’s demands, and Konoha and Hidden Rain Village signed a peace agreement granting the village seven towns, reparations, and other concessions.
  • Jingū Kiraku obtained Hashirama’s original cells and Sharingan from Danzo, while news of Konoha’s surrender prompted Chiyo to consider taking territory from the Land of Fire.
  • Jingū Kiraku assigned Erika to manage the New Eastern District and began reforms to education, military organization, infrastructure, and prosthetic development.
  • Watanabe developed a Chakra-powered prosthetic limb, and Jingū Kiraku offered to sell prosthetics to Sunagakure while keeping Hidden Rain Village out of its war with Konoha.
  • Nagato encountered an Uzumaki Clan Member, and Jingū Kiraku welcomed him to the village, hoping other members of the clan would follow.
  • Uzumaki Yōji joined Amegakure Hospital, then asked Jingū Kiraku for help after learning Iwagakure had attacked the Uzumaki Clan’s temporary grounds.
