Arc 1Jingū Kiraku Takes Rain

Jingū Kiraku seized control of Amegakure, rallied the people, and began rebuilding the Land of Rain while confronting Konoha and strengthening the village. He leaves the arc with Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan as his disciples and the salamanders producing materials for poison gas bombs.

  • Jingū Kiraku rallied the tavern crowd with a call for the people of the Land of Rain to unite and fight for change.

Arc 2The Rain Country Offensive

Jingū Kiraku drew Konoha and Sunagakure into conflict while arming the Land of Rain and leading its defense against Konoha’s invasion. After killing hundreds of Konoha shinobi and leaving Tsunade pierced by his sword, he escaped, while Kato Dan blamed himself for failing to save her.

  • Jingū Kiraku framed Konoha for an attack on Sunagakure, prompting Chiyo to reinforce the Land of Rain and escalating conflict between the villages.
  • Jingū Kiraku confiscated the nobles’ grain, executed merchants who had hoarded supplies, and urged the people of the Land of Rain to defend their homeland.

Arc 3Rain and War

Jingū Kiraku strengthened Amegakure, retaliated against Konoha, and secured a preliminary alliance with Kumogakure as the war widened. Jiraiya returned to the conflict just as the Sky Ninja began an aerial assault on Konoha.

  • Jiraiya learned that Tsunade was likely dead and heard the Great Toad Sage’s vision of a Child of Calamity, while Hiruzen Sarutobi ordered Hatake Sakumo to attack the Land of Rain.
  • Jingū Kiraku acquired the Yin Seal, began producing prosthetic limbs for disabled veterans, and sent the newly trained fighters to the front.
  • Sunagakure attacked Konoha’s supply hub, and Jingū Kiraku killed Nawaki to inflame the conflict as Orochimaru fought to protect his student.

As Konoha came under attack from several nations, Jingū Kiraku captured the Sky Ninja’s fortress and turned his paper techniques against Danzo’s forces. He returned to Amegakure with Danzo and proclaimed victory for the Land of Rain.

  • Jingū Kiraku learned that the Sky Ninja had raided Konoha as Iwagakure, Kumogakure, and Sunagakure prepared to exploit Konoha’s losses.
  • Jingū Kiraku gained the Spirit Paper Technique and tested how it could store Chakra and unleash powerful elemental attacks.
