A Show of Force!
Antonin Dolohov's body tensed up immediately because of the 'boy' opposite him.
As a Pure-blood, he has always been keen on torturing Muggle and those who do not support the Dark Lord.
He was someone who knew very little about the Dark Lord's true identity, thanks to their friendship from their youth. However, his trust in the Dark Lord gradually began to waver over the course of the year.
On the one hand, since the Death Eaters were founded, the Dark Lord, as their leader, has never led them to do anything significant—come on, Dumbledore and Grindelwald really that terrible?
On the other hand, in Dolohov's eyes, the Dark Lord didn't seem so powerful anymore... Although the spell was swift and left no trace, the unfortunate victim only wailed—as someone who had experienced the Cruciatus Curse, he felt this was not the Dark Lord's normal level.
Aside from these two factors, the most important and the most unacceptable thing for Dolohov was that the terrible, evil, and cruel Dark Lord seemed to have forgotten his identity.
He actually chose a Mudblood as his new body!
This is unacceptable to Dolohov!
As a noble Pure-blood Wizard and a skilled spellcaster, Antonin Dolohov has always been highly confident. His joining the Death Eaters was an admission of the Dark Lord's power, a desire to learn a higher form of cruelty from him, and a yearning for the new world the Dark Lord had described—where Muggle were treated like pigs, and Mudblood were their slaves.
But now, after the powerful Dark Lord was defeated by Dumbledore and Grindelwald working together, he actually took over the body of a filthy, lowly Mudblood in order to survive.
Tom Riddle — Dolohov already referred to him by that name in his mind; in his view, the other man was no longer worthy to be his master.
He would rather the other person become a terrifying monster, so that he would still be his master's most loyal servant. But he burrowed into the body of a Mudblood — the Dark Lord had fallen so low that he was no longer worthy of his loyalty.
Of course, the Death Eaters still held considerable influence, and Dolohov wasn't prepared to turn against them on the spot; he was still somewhat afraid of them. However, he had always maintained good relations with most of the Death Eaters, and his own strength was outstanding enough that he could find a way to gradually withdraw from this organization that had already made him dissatisfied after this gathering.
To Dolohov's surprise, the wand spun, and he became the chosen 'lucky wizard'.
What he didn't expect was that Sean merely made a grasping motion with one hand, without a wand or any spells, and the brief surge of magic almost made him tremble!
He was a powerful wizard, a fanatical duelist, but never before in his life had he felt such a strong sense of crisis!
Before Dolohov could even draw his wand or utter a spell, a silent, wandless Defensive Spell was instinctively released.
However, the opportunity for fear and trembling was ultimately reserved for the other lucky ones.
Under the horrified gazes of the Death Eaters, Antonin Dolohov was powerless to resist, and not even the explosion that should have occurred from the clash of spells occurred.
Still wearing a mask, he opened his mouth wide in a terrifying manner, and scorching flames burst from his mouth, nostrils, eyes, and ears.
Without struggling or screaming, Dolohov instantly turned into a man on fire, and in a short moment, only a charred human figure with his arm raised remained in the living room.
"Hoo..." Sean, sitting at the head of the table, gently blew out a breath, and the ashes dissipated into the air.
The remaining Death Eaters trembled, their heads bowed low and bodies hunched over. The sweat on their foreheads was not only from the intense heat but also from the unspeakable fear.
No one harbored any further suspicion, and no one even dared to look up at the young man in the first seat.
Their master, the Dark Lord who had almost reached the edge of magic, has returned. He has not lost his power because of his new body; in fact, he is even more powerful!
Although Dolohov didn't remove his mask, the Death Eaters all knew his identity. This powerful wizard, one of the most formidable among the Death Eaters, vanished from the world in a mere second!
They never doubted the Dark Lord's ability to cast spells without a wand or in voice, but the limitations of magic were there; casting without a wand and in voice would inevitably result in a loss of some power, but...
The few people closest to Dolohov swallowed hard and stole a glance at the last embers on the ground. One side of their bodies was in pain from the intense heat, but they dared not move.
Who knows if the Dark Lord's wand will ever turn again?
Sean raised an eyebrow and gave a regretful smile, "Oh my god, I was just going to give him a big hug, tsk tsk, it's my fault, I should repent—ha."
"Making an example of someone to scare others is really effective..." Sean thought to himself with amusement.
However, the Combustficus that Grindelwald taught him was unexpectedly terrifying. To establish his authority and intimidate others, and to dispel the Death Eaters ' doubts, Sean had planned to do this from the beginning.
Use a small needle Stinging Hex as an appetizer, then go all out to deal with that unfortunate 'chicken'.
He drew upon the power of the Obscurus, and with the blessing of Hermione Granger's recollections, his staffless and Silent Casting was not weakened in any way; in fact, it was amplified by the spell!
The golden item was more effective than he had imagined; the amplification of the 40th spell far exceeded his expectations!
This time, the Death Eaters, skilled at opportunism and clinging to authority, were even more obedient than House-elves, not to mention that some dared to question Sean's identity.
Don't be ridiculous. How could an imposter casually cast such a terrifying spell? Only a powerful Dark Lord could do that.
After casting the one-time spell, Sean calmly opened his arms. "Come on, lift your heads, my friends."
The Dark Wizard, who were originally the most ruthless of this era, now meekly raised their heads, awaiting the orders of an underage wizard.
Sean shook his head sadly. "We have just lost a fellow traveler. Oh, Dolohov, the look of pleasure you had when you tormented Muggle will forever remain in my heart—well, let's have a moment of silence."
The Death Eaters quickly lowered their heads again, and after the count of "three, two, one," they meekly raised their heads again.
They saw the Dark Lord smile and reach for his wand on the table.
The remaining four Death Eaters who hadn't removed their masks all shuddered. They trembled and almost wanted to slap themselves.
I was so caught up in fear that I forgot... forgot that I was one of the "lucky ones" waiting to be chosen.
The four men immediately removed their masks. Before Sean could even see their faces clearly, they crawled to the ground and quickly moved to Sean's feet.
"Master, Master, please forgive my foolishness. Your loyal servant has been so worried about your safety during this time that I lost my mind..." The four kissed the hem of Sean's robe.
Magic Is Might... This thought popped into Sean's head as he looked at the four people beneath him.
Making an example of them was enough; the Death Eaters no longer had any doubts, and he had no intention of killing them all.
Of course, another reason is that the magic he cast next was far less powerful than the previous one...
Sean adopted a tolerant attitude, gently patting the cheeks of the group. "My friends, I sincerely hope—there won't be a next time, otherwise, such a merciful Dark Lord would be in a difficult position."
"Yes! Yes! Praise be to your kindness!"
Sean waved his hand casually. "Bella, give them a memorable impression after the party."
"Yes, my master!" Bella trembled with excitement.
As expected of my master, he is still so captivating, and he is already rewarding me... Bella's eyes were filled with fervor and infatuation.
Antonin Dolohov did not have a good relationship with her, and she often used her sister Andromeda Tonks, who had married Mudblood, to mock him.
Among these fools who questioned their master's authority, Dolohov was used to establish his authority, perhaps also as a way to reward himself.
"Master, you really do favor me more..." Bella thought ecstatically.
Sean noticed the other person's fervent expression and found it a little strange, but he didn't say anything more.
It's normal for a fanatical believer, especially since Bella came from a dysfunctional family like Black's.
He scanned the area, identifying the Death Eaters he recognized.
Regulus Black, sitting to my right with his head half-drooping, was easily recognizable. He shared many similarities with his brother Sirius, both being handsome wizards.
On the left are Riddle ... no, now his three fanatical followers, the Lestrange Family. Bella and her husband Rodolphus Lestrange, and her husband's brother, Rabastan Lestrange.
Rodolphus seemed completely unconcerned about his wife's fervent infatuation with Riddle, and he looked at himself with the same fervor as his wife.
The two haven't had a child in so long, could Rodolphus be gay...? Sean secretly wondered.
Beside Regulus stood a young wizard, licking his lips excitedly, his eyes filled with anticipation. This Barty Jr. Crouch., Riddle's confidant and loyal follower, who even knew some of Riddle's past.
The Malfoy couple, of course, need no further introduction, but their loyalty is as unpredictable as tumbleweeds.
Besides the people around us, there were also big, simple-minded guys like Old Goyle and Crabbe Sr., who were easy to recognize at a glance. They were just as burly and simple-minded as their sons.
However, Snape didn't come, Peter Pettigrew wasn't there either, and Durmstrang's headmaster, Igor Karkaroff, wasn't there either.
After silently matching the information in his mind with each Death Eaters, and ranking them according to their loyalty and strength, Sean stood up.
"Do you know why I didn't respond to you before?" Sean gave a cryptic smile.
"Master, were you still recovering at that time? I called for you many times," Barty Jr. asked respectfully.
"But my master heard my call—" Bella interjected eagerly, as if vying for favor.
Sean smiled slightly, "Barty, Bella, I have seen your loyalty. In the future, you will receive unimaginable rewards."
Under the excited and expectant gazes of the two, Sean slowly began to pace. "Sean Wallerup, the original owner of this body, I once took action against him. Quirrell, that idiot, messed everything up—he also got me into Dumbledore and Grindelwald's trap."
"Damn it! Damn idiot!" Bella screamed.
"However, ha—" Sean spread his arms, mimicking Voldemort's morbid arrogance, "your master was prepared after all. Those two foolish old men still fell for it, ha ha—"
"Hehehehe—" The Death Eaters all joined in with their shrill laughter.
It's like a mentally unstable club...
Sean suppressed his urge to complain and continued to play Voldemort.
"Sean Wallerup, this lovely young man who would be of great use to me, has fallen into the hands of the great Dark Lord!"
The Death Eaters began praising Sean's foresight, one after another.
"However—" Sean narrowed his eyes and changed the subject, "For the sake of my plan, I have to continue operating under the noses of those two old geezers, and gradually, I've learned some things..."
The Death Eaters sensed the chill in their master's words, and they all unconsciously hunched over.
Sean coldly swept his gaze across everyone. "My friends, you who are united under the Dark Mark... someone—has betrayed me!"
The Lestrange Family and Barty Jr.. stood up angrily and pointed their wands at the rest of the group.
"Master, who is that despicable traitor?!"
"Don't get excited—I must say, the new body still has limitations," Sean rubbed his forehead. "Oh, oh, your master has become too weak, he couldn't even detect the traitor hiding himself."
Weak... The remaining Death Eaters shuddered; Dolohov's ashes hadn't completely dissipated yet...
Barty Jr. squinted and looked at Sean: "Master, a few people didn't come tonight— Snape, he's been working for Dumbledore."
"Severus's loyalty is beyond question, Barty," Sean said with a smirk. "Some people and some things, I have my own plans."
"Yes, Master."
Sean gave a sinister smile, "Everyone, show your Dark Mark— "
Although they were filled with fear, and some of them did indeed have ulterior motives, the tragic examples were right before their eyes, and no one dared to hesitate.
Everyone rolled up their robes, revealing the Dark Mark.
Sean took out his wand and tapped it on Lucius's forearm. In Lucius's somewhat fearful gaze, the Dark Mark faded and disappeared. Then, a new, jet-black Dark Mark appeared.
"Master... Master..." Lucius looked at Sean tremblingly.
"Don't worry, as long as you remain loyal to me, the new mark won't cause any harm—of course, some scheming guys, be prepared to face me when you try to betray me and everyone here—" Sean gave a mysterious smile.
And so, no one dared to resist. One by one, Sean removed the Dark Mark that Voldemort had planted and replaced them with his own.
When the last one was finished, Sean raised an eyebrow in satisfaction.
From this day forward, Voldemort will no longer receive the calls of his fanatical followers. If he is fortunate enough to recover, when he summons the Death Eaters, probably only a few people who didn't attend today will receive the message...
It's probably similar to the feeling of being on vacation at home after a 007 work schedule with your phone confiscated, but your phone and computer can't connect to any internet, right? Sean thought with satisfaction.
