The situation did not stop because of Sean's doubts. The actions of the Wizarding United Guard won the hearts of many people, and the corrupt and bloated administrative systems of the various national Ministry of Magic were once again brought to the forefront.

Well-known Wizarding World newspapers such as The World Wizarding News, The Daily Prophet, and The Paris Tower Evening Post began reporting various news stories—mostly satirical or even critical remarks about the Ministry of Magic from some of the country's more prominent wizards.

Some people even spent a lot of Galleon to place a sentence in the advertising space of the Daily Prophet: "When a society is going downhill, someone has to sit on Flying Broomstick and cast an Acceleration Charm."

The front page next to it featured a black-and-white animated photo of Fudge announcing the new regulations.

The British Ministry of Magic has just signed a new regulation that allows "fugitives" to surrender themselves, with the fines going to public funds for the Wizarding United Guard office—and wizards who surrender and pay the fine will receive a reduced sentence.

Many wizards expressed their dissatisfaction with the regulation, believing that Fudge was a mediocre and incompetent two-faced person who tried to please both sides without considering the rights of ordinary people.

After a portion of the Daily Prophet was printed, the advertisement next to Fudge's picture was removed from subsequent issues, and rumors circulated within the Ministry of Magic that Fudge had smashed everything he could in his office—but then, fearing it would damage his reputation, he magically restored it.

Of course, this was not within Sean's concern; for him, there were other things more worthy of attention.

A month after Old Man Aiken's uncle was arrested, the Wizarding United Guard issued a statement declaring that, to ensure fairness and impartiality, wizards arrested during this period would be detained at the Guard Corps's headquarters and then publicly tried in the presence of representatives from the International Confederation of Wizards and various national Ministry of Magic. At that time, all offenders would receive a due and appropriate trial according to their crimes.

Meanwhile, the flames finally reached England.

Bella brought news that the England Guard Corps Office was gathering intelligence, with the Lestrange Family as their target.

As one of the most prestigious Pure-blood families in England, the Lestrange family has a vast network of connections. At least three people in the ministry have already warned them that the Guard Corps will storm their mansion within two days at most.

"Master...this newly formed organization has completely disrupted our plans." The newly planted Dark Mark brought forth a blurry image of Bella, who was kneeling on the ground, one hand pressing against her Dark Mark.

Sean simply hummed in agreement, signaling her to continue.

"Fudge is pulling out all the stops to keep his position as minister. Before that, he approached the Lestrange family to try and get their support in the election, but we refused because we were already prepared to put Old Barty in power."

Bella's voice turned sinister. "That suddenly formed Guard Corps, because of its high popularity, caused Fudge to completely abandon the Lestrange family in an attempt to win their support."

Sean lay on the bed without any regard for his image, since Bella could only hear his voice anyway.

After a moment's thought, he spoke in a deep, authoritative voice. "What about news from Barty's side?"

"That Guard Corps shares similar ideals with Old Barty, and he's also pushing things along— Barty asked me to ask you whether we should use the Imperius Curse to control his father now?"

"Not now," Sean rejected the idea. "Old Barty hasn't taken office yet. He'll be under a lot of scrutiny during the election period and will be easily discovered."

"Yes, I will convey your will to Barty. Then, Master, what should be done about the Lestrange family?"

Sean was silent for a moment, then asked, "Who is the person in charge of the office now?"

"James Potter, that bastard who tarnished the honor of Pure-blood, and my cousin Sirius Black was expelled from the Black Family. Potter is now in charge of the office, and he's got my good-for-nothing cousin in there too. They're definitely Dumbledore's men, and they won't let the Lestrange family off easily."

After a brief silence, Sean's voice suddenly became seductive, almost whispering softly, "Bella, are you my most loyal servant?"

"Of course! Of course! My master, please forgive my boldness, but even you cannot doubt my loyalty to you."

Even with the somewhat muffled and distorted sound, Sean could still hear the fervor in the other person's words.

"No, no offense, you really please me, Bella," Sean chuckled.

Bella half-knelt and moved forward a few steps, seemingly wanting to lightly kiss the hem of a non-existent robe; she was trembling with excitement.

"Master, Master..."

"Very well, Bella —so, what are you willing to do for me?"

"Anything! Anything, my master! I am willing to die for your will!"

"A touching loyalty—" Sean said with a smile, "Bella, I have a task for you."

"Please speak."

"I remember you said you didn't do anything too outrageous, Guard Corps need evidence, so you'll probably just be fined and released, right?"

Bella nodded. "Yes, Master, Rodolphus and the others are the ones who will be arrested."

Sean chuckled, "Bella, I want you involved, and then arrested along with Rodolphus and his gang."

Bella was clearly taken aback by Sean's words. She paused for a moment, then instinctively said, "Master, I don't understand..."

Sean was still smiling, but the laughter had lost its warmth. "Are you starting to regret it, my friend?"

"No, no, you've misunderstood, Master. I was just too foolish to understand your true intentions and was afraid of ruining your plans—please give the order, I'm willing to do anything!" Bella prostrated herself on the ground, her elegant linen hat slipping off.

"Don't be nervous, Bella, it was just a little joke," Sean's voice softened again. "Get up, do you know what I meant?"

Bella carefully raised her head slightly and said respectfully, "Master, no one can fathom your thoughts."

Sean ignored the flattery and continued with a smile, "Bella, I need you to blend in with the arrested prisoners. They'll escort you to the Guard Corps headquarters, and then..."

Bella finally understood what Sean meant, and she exclaimed excitedly, "I will become my master's eyes!"

"Yes, Bella, I have improved the Dark Mark so that it can be triggered without a wand—your crime is not serious and you will not face the most severe imprisonment. You have your own sources of information. Match the information and appearance of the arrested wizards, remember each one, and tell me everything you have seen and heard."

"I understand, Master. Please rest assured, I will definitely complete the task you have assigned me." Bella immediately agreed, without a trace of worry or fear, her voice filled only with fervor.

"Very good—" Sean slowly drew out his words, "When the time comes, I will ensure your safe return, and also, ha, I will allow you to speak to me without having to kneel down."

"Yes, yes! Master!" Bella trembled with excitement.

After losing contact with the other person, Sean lay back down on his pillow.

He had been reflecting on the recent events. Such a high-profile crackdown, even if they were indeed doing something righteous, still meant that Pure-blood Wizard could not simply be allowed to be slaughtered.

Even a dying camel is bigger than a horse, and Pure-blood Wizard have always controlled most of the Wizarding World's resources, Guard Corps ' actions far too smooth. Even with the cooperation of various national Ministry of Magic, the situation wouldn't be as it is now.

Sean had a hunch that some of the arrested Pure-blood Wizard might have already made some kind of deal with the Guard Corps ...

Yes, both sides are just putting on an act to establish the authority of the newly formed Wizarding United Guard.

The remaining Pure-blood families, whose members have been arrested, are unaware of the inside story, and the opportunists who are good at riding the wave of trends are unwilling to be the first to act.

Moreover, Sean also noticed that, apart from England, the vast majority of Pure-blood Wizard arrested in other countries were mid-level members of their families, neither particularly important nor unimportant.

Even if these members are lost, those families will not suffer much damage.

Thinking further, Sean could almost see an invisible giant net spreading out, but he didn't know what the giant thing in that net would be.

To verify his suspicions, Sean devised a plan to have Bella infiltrate the area.

The other side must be heavily guarded now. Since I can't sneak in as a teammate, why not sneak in as a prisoner?

If Sean's guess is correct, then the state of the other prisoners that Bella sees at that time will confirm a lot of things...

As for whether or not to bring Bella back, Sean did struggle with that for a while.

Getting her out wasn't actually difficult. Bella wasn't the same madwoman she was in her previous life. Voldemort and the Death Eaters' constant lurking hadn't given her many opportunities to go insane. Besides, her real crimes weren't that serious, and he even knew the head of the England office.

But this woman is indeed a mindless, fanatical fan of Voldemort, so sending the three most important members of the Lestrange family to prison might actually be a good thing...

After much hesitation, Sean decided to bring Bella back. Whether she was a fanatical follower of Voldemort was unimportant; what mattered was that she was now his most loyal subordinate.

As for the Lestrange Brothers, let them stay in prison—these two are considered core Death Eaters, but their character is too poor; they previously boasted to Sean that they had tortured and killed several Muggle.

Go to jail and live out the rest of your life in peace...

Two days later, at the Lestrange family manor.

A group of serious-looking wizards rushed in, led by James Potter and the indifferent Sirius Black.

As the current head of the family, Rodolphus Lestrange stood in front of the living room door, his eyes twitching slightly as he stared expressionlessly at the newcomer.

"Do you know what you're doing? Do you know where you are?!"

"Rodolphus Lestrange?" James walked up slowly. "Your brother, Rabastan Lestrange, and your wife, Bellatrix Lestrange —there's evidence that you were involved in an attack and massacre of Muggle. Come with us to the ministry."

Rodolphus's voice was cold and ruthless, and he narrowed his eyes slightly. "The three names you just read all have the same form—do you understand what Lestrange means?"

Sirius stepped forward, his nonchalant demeanor replaced by a mocking smile, "Um, should I call you brother-in-law? Never mind, who cares—brother-in-law, are you trying to say, 'Oh, you bunch of filthy idiots, daring to swagger into the famous Lestrange family!' I can practically picture your tone, probably similar to my parents'."

Behind Rodolphus, Bella slowly walked out, her cold and beautiful face filled with disdain. "Cousin, you really make me feel ashamed."

Sirius stepped forward and sneered, "What a coincidence! I've brought shame upon the infamous Black Family ~ Oh, and now you're going to bring shame upon the Lestrange family too—wait, maybe the Lestrange family will cease to exist after this?"

Rodolphus stepped forward. "Just like your cousin said, you don't understand what honor is, let alone what noble blood is."

"Who cares about this junk?" Sirius shrugged and pointed into the distance with his left hand.

The three members of the Lestrange family tensed up at the door, only relaxing slightly after realizing that the other party hadn't taken out a wand, and slowly retracting the wand that had slipped from their sleeves.

Sirius pointed in a direction. "That should be my house? Tsk, my poor brother is still basking in your so-called 'glory.' I can even imagine the look on his face when you get arrested."

"Arrest? Do you have the authority?"

Sirius turned around, seemingly without any guard up, revealing his back to the other person. "My dear brother-in-law, you really should read the newspapers more often."

He pulled out a newspaper from somewhere and threw it over.

Rodolphus didn't answer; he glanced at the newspaper and then kept staring at the people opposite him.

"Get out of my estate. I'm only warning you once."

Sirius and James exchanged a glance, then simultaneously shrugged: "We never warn—"

"Stupefy! (Stupefy)"

The Guard Corps attacked almost simultaneously, unleashing several spells that hurtled towards the three people at the door.

But the Lestrange, who had been on guard, retaliated instantly, and a fierce battle erupted in an instant.

On the Guard Corps, although they had the numerical advantage, apart from James and Sirius, the others were not that strong. In the face of a ruthless enemy, they were actually the ones who Rewind.

Rodolphus roared as he cast a spell, "Is this all the strength you have? You dare to cause trouble at the Lestrange family?!"

They pressed forward, but no one noticed that the newspapers lying on the ground behind them began to shake.

Sirius deliberately revealed a weakness, and he staggered as three spells instantly struck.
