On the stone path outside the Three Broomsticks' wooden door, Sean and Hermione stood by a corner. Although few pedestrians passed by, anyone on the second floor of the Three Broomsticks could spot them if they looked out.

In a shadowy corner beyond the cobblestone path, the transparent space rippled slightly, and the invisible wizard anxiously prayed that the two children wouldn't go into the bar for another drink.

He would glance at the second-floor window of the Three Broomsticks every now and then, his brows furrowed tightly.

Time passed slowly, and the young wizard grew increasingly impatient. He used the Disillusionment Charm to become invisible in place, occasionally shaking his leg and constantly rubbing his fingers inside the sleeves of his robe.

Before me, the two children, a boy and a girl, remained motionless, seemingly discussing something with a shop display case. I could even see the smiles on their faces.

"If you like it, just buy it and leave. Don't Hogwarts students study at all on weekends anymore?" The young wizard looked at the two of them with a sense of frustration.

He looked up at the window on the second floor of the bar again. He was relieved not to see the person he was afraid of, but his mood became more and more anxious.

While waiting anxiously, the wizard, who was hiding in place, accidentally stepped on a fallen leaf. The extremely faint sound of the leaf cracking went unnoticed by anyone, including himself.

A moment later, to the wizard's delighted surprise, the two children finally took a step, and they were heading towards Hogwarts Castle!

Great, once we leave town, there are hardly any pedestrians after the second intersection. More importantly, we won't be seen by the professors drinking at the Three Broomsticks.

After stretching his stiff neck, the invisible wizard took a step forward, ready to follow.

Then, a calm voice sounded behind him.

Are you looking for me, sir?

The wizard had no time to make any move, as his body had completely stiffened and petrified.

Not only was he petrified, but even his thoughts were slowly freezing, and a strong sense of drowsiness surged up.

"A silent Petrification Charm, a silent Hypnosis Charm... who..." His last thoughts drifted through his mind, and then everything went black and he fell silent again.

"Where am I..." Newt Robles West woke up groggily, shook his head and instinctively reached for his wand.

However, his hands were completely unresponsive; to be precise, his body below the chest was completely unresponsive.

Not only that, all the Magical Item he was carrying were taken away.

"A localized Petrification Charm, and very precise... Damn it, have Dark Wizard infiltrated Hogsmeade now?!" That was the first thing that came to his mind.

The professors here all know him and wouldn't treat him like that.

Moreover, look at this place... West turned his head and looked around. It was dark and dilapidated. He was probably sitting on a broken velvet chair, and in front of him was a tattered black curtain hanging from the ceiling.

"The Shrieking Shack ..." West murmured, a place he knew well.

"You seem to know Hogwarts quite well." A cold, unintelligible voice rang out from inside the Shrieking Shack.

"Who exactly are you!" West looked toward the shadows where the voice was coming from.

The voice chuckled strangely twice, "Shouldn't you introduce yourself first when asking someone's name?"

West replied in a deep voice, "Since you were able to capture me, you must know my identity quite well. There's no need for these petty tricks, is there?"

"What do I know? I'm much more familiar with the ponies on my uncle's farm than with them..." Sean muttered to himself.

The one who used the Petrification Charm and Hypnosis Charm to control the male wizard in front of him was naturally him.

Using the Illusion Charm, he created illusions of himself and Hermione, while Sean himself had already vanished into thin air while he was on the second floor of the Hog's Head Inn.

The male wizard in front of him had followed him out and become invisible right under his nose.

He originally wanted to settle things with the other party at the Hog's Head Inn, but it was located in a remote part of Hogsmeade, and Nagini, the only person who could help him, was in a special situation and he couldn't make a move.

So Sean lured the man to the Three Broomsticks, knowing that the professors liked to go there for a drink. If he couldn't handle the man himself, he could ask the professors for help.

However, to Sean's surprise, this sorcerer was not powerful. His Disillusionment Charm was full of flaws, and he didn't even have the escape methods of those smugglers. Sean simply circled around behind him and finished him off with a silent Petrification Charm and a silent Hypnosis Charm.

He clearly had many more amazing spells prepared...

Sean even wondered if he was making a mountain out of a molehill; the guy in front of him was probably just a thief with no real skills.

But after bringing the other person to the Shrieking Shack and searching them, Sean unexpectedly discovered something.

The other person was carrying a leather suitcase...

It's the same model as Professor Scamander's, only more complete and updated.

Not only that, when he tried to open the suitcase, he encountered magic. Sean was very familiar with that magic; it was a spell invented by Newt to prevent the creatures inside the suitcase from escaping and to stop thieves. However, the way the magic was activated and deactivated varied slightly depending on the owner.

Sean's ring has the same magic...

Unable to open the box, Sean discovered something else: a genuine Newt item.

The brass turntable in the middle of the suitcase.

Rotate it once, and ' Muggle Mode' will pop up; rotate it again, and ' Scamander Mode' will pop up...

Sean was immediately unsettled. Was this person related to Professor Scamander, or did he have a grudge against Professor Scamander? Was this box stolen?

He knew all of Professor Scamander's descendants; he had seen them in family photos. The age of the person in front of him didn't match up at all.

Thus, the scene before us, where Sean was pretending to interrogate her, came about.

Sean had been hiding inside the house, began to move. The creaking of the old wooden planks and the dull thud of his footsteps on the dust instantly made the atmosphere in the Shrieking Shack eerie.

The controlled wizard looked in the direction of Sean. His round face was stern and unbecoming of his temperament, and his buck teeth added to his simplicity.

"What exactly do you want from me?!"

"Don't you understand what I want to do with you?" Sean retorted.

West's eyes flashed with ruthlessness, and after a moment's thought, he actually let out a disdainful sneer.

"Hmph, I know, you're one of Grindelwald's men."

Sean raised an eyebrow; that wasn't entirely wrong...

The other party continued, "I was wondering why someone would target someone as insignificant as me, but given the tense situation in the Wizarding World right now, it makes sense that you would come looking for me."

It doesn't make sense... Sean was speechless, and finally just let out a light laugh in a cold tone.

The man was under the control of the Petrification Charm, but a proud and smug smile appeared on his face, "Since you were able to find me, it means you've investigated thoroughly."

I didn't investigate properly; I was just going to catch up with old friends today.

"So..." Sean replied.

The other party sneered, "So, don't expect me to betray Newt. Do you think I don't know what you're thinking? Newt stood up to testify against Grindelwald, isn't that what you want to do with him? Hey, let me tell you, I will never betray Newt, and don't even think about catching me to threaten Newt!"

"You naive fool, isn't this just revealing that your relationship with Newt is anything but ordinary? But..." Sean's eye twitched.

Does this mean I've caught one of my own people?

His tone softened slightly. "What's your name?"

"You've got me caught, and you're asking my name? Hmph, well then, I'll help you remember me better, Newt Robles West."

What the heck... Sean was stunned.

This person is also named Newt...

He didn't recall much about the surname West, but there was a lot to say about the given name. In Europe, it's common to choose a name that matches one's father or grandfather as a sign of respect or in remembrance. In other words, the other person's real name was Robles, and West was simply his family name.

West and Scamander are clearly not from the same family branch. Combining this with what the other party just said, it can be proven that this guy named Newt should have a close relationship with the first magical zoologist, Newt Scamander.

Who knows, Newt might have been very close friends with the other person's grandparents.

No wonder my Sneakoscope has never rotated much...

Over there, West was clearly lost in his own thoughts, talking nonstop.

"I would never betray Newt!"

"If you have the guts, just kill me!"

"The others will avenge me!"

"Coward, dare you show your face!"

A real hothead...

Sean sighed and was about to dispel the Disillusionment Charm when West, who was under the control of the Petrification Charm, suddenly started coughing.

He choked on his own saliva... Sean's lips twitched.

The other person coughed violently, and even made a muffled Gugu sound in their throat.

The suitcase placed in the corner suddenly opened, and a Swooping Evil spread its wings and rushed straight towards Sean's location!

West stopped coughing, and a cunning and ruthless glint appeared in his eyes.

The Swooping Evil is a terrifying and rare Magical Creatures that the Ministry of Magic has not even given a danger rating for.

It has a penchant for human brains and possesses Magic Resistance comparable to that of Fire Dragon. West believes that, apart from Magical Creatures experts with a deep understanding of the Swooping Evil, even Dark Wizard would be unable to withstand the attack of this creature.

In his recollection, aside from Newt's past possession of Swooping Evil, he had never seen a second one in the entire England —a second one?!

A terrifying Swooping Evil with an unusually large body and wingspan of four or five meters suddenly appeared!

West's eyes widened. From his angle, he could see that the Swooping Evil was not only enormous, but the edges of its tail's net-like pattern were also faintly blood-red. It spread its wings and completely covered the Swooping Evil that was above it.

The other side also had one, and that Swooping Evil was clearly abnormal!

Dave let out a terrifying growl, its eyes bloodshot as it stared at its smaller counterpart, drool dripping from the edges of its sharp teeth.

West's Swooping Evil abruptly halted its attack, its biological instincts causing it to retreat rapidly.

But my master is in danger... it must be danger, right? Why does the back of this huge creature of my own kind smell so good? And it doesn't seem malicious.

Before it could make a judgment, West shouted loudly.

"Grey! Run! You're no match for them! Go find someone to save me!"

"You've changed your strategy from a surprise attack to a retreat and call for reinforcements. You're quite resourceful..." Sean shook his head speechlessly and dispelled his Disillusionment Charm.

"Run! Grey, don't stand there!" West shouted as he saw a figure appear out of thin air. He then cursed loudly, "You beast! You actually modified Magical Creatures?! You really are Dark Wizard!"

"How do you modify a creature with such high magic resistance as Swooping Evil ... Besides, first, make sure you see the person clearly, Mr. West ..." Sean said helplessly.

West looked over upon hearing this, and was surprised to find that the third-grade boy was standing in front of him!

He froze for a moment, his eyes bloodshot, his voice filled with unparalleled rage. "You transformed?! You bastard! What did you do to that child?!"

Sean: "..."

You can't reason with a hothead...

He turned to Dave helplessly and patted him on the shoulder. "Dave, don't scare people."

Upon hearing Sean's command, Dave's crimson eyes returned to their harmless, dark, round pupils, and he folded his wings and landed on the ground.

The Swooping Evil known as ' Grey ' only then noticed Sean. Not having grasped the situation before arriving, it made eye contact with Sean.

What gentleness, what affection... Sean meant no harm. In less than half a minute, Grey folded her wings, landed next to Sean, and affectionately nuzzled him with her head.

West, whose head was still functional, was completely stunned, as if Sean had cast a Petrification Charm on his head as well.

Sean is taking a piece of Sheep Brain out of the ring and feeding it to Grey.

"It tastes pretty good, doesn't it? Want more? Then eat more—okay, Dave, don't be so stingy, I'll buy you another one when we get back. And didn't you notice? It's a female!"

While struggling to understand what Grey meant, Sean also had to persuade the stingy Dave.

Although West was a bit of a simpleton, he wasn't stupid.

The Swooping Evil is most sensitive to the malice of its enemies, so how could Grey accept being fed by it? It seems a bit strange, considering how aloof it usually is towards her; how come it's acting like Puffskein little thing now...?

Most importantly, he saw the ring from which the other person had taken out the Sheep Brain.

The way the entrance and exit opened, and the familiar way the magic flowed, clearly indicated that the other person's ring, which had been enchanted with Undetectable Extension Charm, and his own suitcase were from the same school.

Sean glanced at West, who had calmed down, and shrugged, saying, "Looks like you've realized it too?"

"I've realized it..." West instinctively tried to scratch his head, but his hands remained frozen in place, and he was immediately horrified.

"You were sent by Newt to take me back?!"

Sean: "..."

Can't we even have a normal chat anymore?!
