Ginny and Daisy happened to emerge from another corner of the corridor and heard every word of the conversation between them.
Ginny first shot Harry a merciless, vicious glare. Amid his miserable expression, as though he were on the verge of tears, she gave Sean a friendly smile before grabbing Daisy and storming away.
Daisy did the same. As her brother's weak, miserable voice called after them, "Hey, Ginny, I was just showing off in front of my buddy. Let me explain...," she first rolled her eyes at her own brother, then blew Sean a kiss before trotting away.
Sean patted the tearful-looking Harry on the shoulder and consoled him. "It's fine. Judging by this, Ginny probably just won't talk to you for another week at most."
"You saw them ages ago, Sean! Why didn't you warn me, buddy?!"
