"Sean!" Harry exclaimed in surprise, then said anxiously, "Quick, let's run!"

"Harry, let's go back to the fire. Those who were supposed to run away aren't looking too elegant right now," Sean said.

"Avada Kedavra!" Riddle raised his wand directly.

The green magical light was blocked again by the black substance.

"Wallerup, you're an Obscurial, and you can control the Obscurus? No wonder, no wonder... Dumbledore really favors you!" Riddle shouted as he brandished his wand.

"You're only realizing it now? No wonder Professor Dumbledore said your brain isn't working very well." Sean lied, and after Harry ran past the flames, he continued, "Oh, and Professor Riddle, I haven't thanked you for teaching me the Stinging Hex yet."

Riddle's expression twisted even more, and he burst into a somewhat manic laugh, "Ha— Wallerup, with the power granted by the Obscurus, do you think your talent is superior to others?"

"At least it matches your teaching level, Tom," Sean said, addressing him by his first name.

Riddle's expression grew increasingly grim. He kept waving his wand and unleashing spells at Sean, but all of them were blocked by the Obscurus.

"Tom, this isn't like you. Give it your all." Sean stood still, unleashing his full power with just his words.

"Sharp-tongued... Wallerup, do you think you're the darling of the masses, valued by the principal and professors, and that you're the one who ushered in a new era?" Riddle dodged an attack from the Obscurus, but a large hole was smashed into the stone wall behind him.

He grew increasingly frantic, his face contorting in agony. "You think you're the chosen one of Prophecy?! No, you're just a little toy being played with!"

Obscurus, the attack became increasingly fierce.

Riddle burst into laughter. "Ha— Wallerup, let me tell you the truth! You are merely a vessel, used to hold the decay that the old era could not contain, and then to adorn the evils of the new era!"

"You'll never get to the path you want!" Riddle yelled as if he were a madman.

Sean's expression remained unchanged. He shrugged and said, "To be honest, Tom, your speaking skills are far inferior to Mr. Grindelwald's."

"No change in expression? Haha—you're quite the strong-willed one," Riddle was no longer human, his lips almost reaching below his ears, his eyes bulging as he stared intently at Sean, his voice sharp and sarcastic, "However, I did learn a thing from Grindelwald."

"What are you studying? Can you tell me, Tom?" an old voice rang out; it was Dumbledore.

Riddle jerked his head up toward the source of the voice, his face contorted in pain. "Dumbledore! I knew it, I knew it!"

Sean curled his lip. Riddle, aside from everything else, was certainly stubborn. If you knew what was going on and still fell into the trap, wouldn't you look incredibly stupid?

"Avada Kedavra!" Riddle unleashed a spell that hurtled toward the Obscurus. After the black matter contracted slightly, he transformed into a thick black mist, bursting through the newly broken stone wall.

"Wallerup, think carefully about what I'm saying. A life manipulated, a predetermined ending—are you willing to endure it? Haha—" The black mist burst out of the basement, leaving behind its last words that echoed in the Stone Chamber.

Dumbledore did not appear in the Stone Chamber, and the Obscurus that had been surrounding Sean trembled before transforming back into Aurelius.

"Stay here, I need to go help out." He nodded to Sean, then transformed into Obscurus and shot off.

On the fourth floor of the castle, the stone corridor floor suddenly exploded, spewing out thick black mist that then shattered the glass and flew outwards.

Suddenly, a transparent barrier unfolded in mid-air, blocking Riddle's path.

The black mist trembled, then churned even more violently.

"Tom, you can't escape." Dumbledore appeared in mid-air, with a large bronze bird flapping its wings at his feet.

Riddle's twisted face emerged from the black mist, his expression filled with resentment. "Dumbledore!"

"Tom, stop." Dumbledore's expression remained unchanged.

"Stop? Is the greatest wizard of this century advising me?" Tom's mocking voice rang out, followed by a shrill laugh. "Do those fools who bestow your glory not know that the great Dumbledore is the most outstanding genius in Dark Arts?!"

"Tom, you still don't understand." Dumbledore shook his head.

"I don't need your teachings anymore, old man," Tom Riddle roared, then turned and ran.

As the black mist flew, a massive black wall suddenly appeared—it was Aurelius.

Riddle screamed, "Wallerup, do you really think you can stop me?!"

Sean, who was standing motionless in the Stone Chamber, touched his head. Had someone just called his name?

In the air outside the castle, Riddle and the Obscurus were locked in a fierce battle. Just as he dodged the attack, a blazing flame struck his body.

"Dumbledore!"

The black mist churned violently with Riddle's roar as he cast several powerful spells, finally finding a way to escape.

The black mist surged and flew swiftly towards the outside of the castle. Dumbledore was about to raise his hand, he saw another plume of black mist soar into the sky.

Riddle let out a shrill laugh, "Severus, my loyal servant, stop them for me!"

His voice already sounded weak.

"Yes, my master..." Snape took out his wand.

Riddle's black mist bypassed Snape and fled in the direction behind him.

"Avada Kedavra"

The green light struck Riddle's black mist, and his figure appeared in mid-air.

His bloodshot eyes widened, and then he plummeted straight down.

Snape's wand tip was still trembling slightly as he looked down at the falling body, his eyes cold and calm.

"Thank you, Severus, but I must remind you that it's best to use the Killing Curse sparingly," Dumbledore said, then maneuvered the bronze bird down to the ground.

Riddle's body lay twisted and mangled on the ground, his eyes losing their luster along with his life.

Dumbledore looked toward the castle, a flicker of doubt crossing his eyes.

Unseen by anyone, a faint black mist swiftly vanished into the night sky.

The black mist flew for a long time before finally landing in a Muggle village.

"Ah!" A scream rang out.

Then, a middle-aged man wearing a leather coat walked out of the yard.
