"Elite Four Sato, regarding the Azalea Gym Leader leaking your whereabouts, we have thoroughly investigated all internal staff members. Please review the handling result!"
The formally dressed Pokémon League staff member reported in a serious tone, then respectfully handed over a thick report.
Sato took the report and flipped through it casually. He quickly skipped past the investigation process and the list of undercover agents he did not know, arriving at the end.
"...Formally dismiss Yamaya Daisuke from his position as the current Azalea Gym Leader, revoke all Gym Leader rights, and temporarily seal the Gym until a new Gym Leader Takes Office."
There was nothing else after that...
"How will the Gym apprentices be handled?" Sato asked after a brief pause.
The staff member froze, completely unable to understand why Sato would care about this.
"Once the Gym is reclaimed, the apprentices will no longer receive any resources. They will naturally..."
"Be left to fend for themselves?" Sato raised an eyebrow, his tone sharpening slightly. "Uh... yes!" The staff member immediately broke into a cold sweat, but didn't dare say anything reckless, so he could only admit it honestly.
"Fine, I understand. You don't need to worry about what comes next."
Sato closed the report and did not make things difficult for the person merely delivering the report. There were some matters this man could not decide anyway.
The staff member left trembling. Sato was clearly younger than him, yet he had caved frighteningly fast.
"Boss, what do we do next?"
Mark was the first to speak in the room, while Sosuke and Si'nan beside him watched closely as well.
Sato did not answer immediately. After a brief pause, he turned to Mark.
"When can you claim the top spot among the Elite Four Reserves?"
