"Clark."
Having been rescued, Lois burst into tears of joy. She ran out of the escape pod and eagerly threw herself into Clark's arms.
"Shouldn't you be hugging me?"
Tony mercilessly complained from the side. Honestly, if he had not slowed the escape pod's descent at the critical moment, Clark would never have had a chance to catch up.
Lois would have been reduced to a puddle of flesh.
"Thank you."
Lois came to her senses and thanked Tony. Her face was still pale. After all, anyone else in her position would have been the same. No ordinary person could face death calmly.
"Are you with the military?"
Lois looked at Tony curiously and could not help asking.
Tony had opened his faceplate now, revealing his face.
"I'm not American. I'm Chinese. My name is Tony Stark."
Having been mistaken again, Tony was quite displeased. He tapped the Arc Reactor on his chest, and his armor quickly transformed into a set of ordinary clothes that he wore directly.
"Tony Stark?"
That name did not sound Chinese at all. Though Lois grumbled inwardly, he had saved her life after all. She tilted her head and examined Tony, feeling as if she had seen him somewhere before.
"He's Iron Man. That's right, the one from Marvel comics. I just don't know why he seems to have become Chinese now."
Clark, who had briefly spoken with Tony, explained it to Lois.
"Iron Man?"
As a reporter for the Planet Daily, Lois was naturally more familiar than Clark with characters from the neighboring Marvel comics company. She stared at Tony in shock.
