Choices

This was an exceptionally beautiful creature.

It was over three meters long and eight feet tall at the shoulder, its entire body covered in brilliant golden fur.

But unlike the fur of ordinary Soul Beasts, this creature's golden fur resembled translucent crystal, with a strange texture.

The Golden Beast's overall form closely resembled a lion, but its four paws were like dragon claws, each treading on a ball of golden flame.

Its muzzle was also longer than that of ordinary lion-type Soul Beasts, and beneath its fur lay fine golden scales.

The strangest thing about this creature was that, besides its two normal eyes shining with golden light, it had another eye on its forehead that shone red.

This gave it a rather uncanny appearance.

The Golden Beast had originally been in a prolonged slumber, having reached the five-thousand-year milestone in its growth. It needed to sleep for several hundred years to leave its infancy behind.

But the disturbance in fate had startled it awake, leaving it somewhat bewildered.

It shook its large head, and a clear female voice came from its mouth:

"What happened? Why do I sense that something beneficial to me has come into being? And the fate of Soul Beasts has inexplicably grown considerably stronger."

Following that mysterious sense, the Golden Beast first looked toward the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, then toward Chen Feng and the others.

"The guidance fate has given me is so confused. The same thing has two different sources, yet both are crucial to me."

It carefully sensed things for a while. A trace of hesitation appeared on its face, but it soon grew resolute and let out a low growl.

Before long, a deep, hoarse voice rang out.

"Auspicious Beast, weren't you sleeping? Why have you called me?"

"Di Tian,
