• Lin Yu’s investigation of Stos uncovered Wang Feng and more than three hundred billion survivors, and Wang Feng agreed that they could join the Human Federation or rebuild the Great Xia Federation within the Alliance.

• Lin Fan destroyed Alex and the Taotie royal capital fell, then the Alliance began its third expansion using Montero’s engine-sales plan to infiltrate the Weisen Realm.
• Wang Hai armed Gramm United with Ninth Generation Black Hole Engines, and Lin Yu’s experts helped it defeat the Miluo and Delra Empires before the Alliance conquered their territories.
• After Luo Li detected a Cleanser army nearby, Lin Fan mobilized the Alliance, expanded the Federation’s forces, and approved development of a simplified Chaos Ray.
• Valeri joined the Azure Dragon Group Expansion Plan as the Alliance prepared for the Cleansers, who crossed three realms and slaughtered their inhabitants.

Lin Fan repeatedly outmaneuvered the Noreya Empire, first destroying its channel forces and then using a long standoff to prepare the Alliance for a direct invasion. The arc ended with Lin Yu defeating Hilde Ross and the Federation destroying the Third Black Hole Cavity Battle Group, while Toreya sought answers about Lin Yu’s Combat Vehicle.

• Lin Fan sent Lin Yu’s forces through the Noreya Empire’s channel to destroy the Cross-border Device, then defeated the Shadow Legion after the channel collapsed.
• Lin Fan offered the Joint Warship to Alliance members, while Luo Li developed the Azure Dragon class and the Federation discovered a vast Noreya fleet advancing.

Lin Fan’s forces defeated the Noreya Empire’s fleet in Kousha and later used the Realm Folding System to invade its homeland. As the Empire’s forces and civilians mounted a desperate defense, Lin Yu raced to stop a device that threatened to collapse Reno Realm and destroy the Alliance army.

• Lin Yu broke through the Noreya Empire’s defenses with Chaos Ray support, allowing Lin Fan’s Federal Fleet and Civilization Guardian Legion to destroy the Mobile Imperial Capital and most of its Black Hole Lifeforms.
• Toreya escaped through the Cross-border Channel, but Lin Fan’s forces pursued him into the Tuhr Realm, destroyed the Cross-border Device, and trapped the surviving Imperial forces.
• Lin Fan proposed restricting postwar allocations for Alliance civilizations that had contributed little to the war, and the Alliance approved the measure while raising its fleet-construction requirements.
