Lin Fan’s Azure Dragon Alliance destroyed the Tri-Union Civilization’s Second Legion, then sheltered the Tri-Union Civilization and drove the Black Church Crusaders from the Kunsa Realm. By Federation Year 398, the Federation had expanded across the realm, but Montero’s advance against the Black Mang Empire had stalled at the Task Universe.

• Vladimir’s forces pursued the Seventeenth Fleet into the Tris Supercluster, where Lin Fan used Galon to rally the Biological Civilization and draw out the Tri-Union fleets.
• Lin Fan’s forces trapped and destroyed Vladimir’s Second Legion at Tris, though the Federation suffered heavy losses.
• While the Federation rebuilt, Montero defeated O'Neal in the Black Mang Empire, and Sharet prepared Cui Wa’s Isolation Plan.
• As Lin Fan approached the Tri-Union homeland, Karoyev asked for protection from Black Hole Minions that had conquered three of the civilization’s five universes.
• Lin Fan agreed to shelter the Tri-Union Civilization and led the Alliance against the Black Church’s Crusader Army, destroying several legions in a series of battles.
• Lin Fan sent unmanned ships through a Fault Channel to unleash the Black Judgment, which annihilated the central-route Crusader Army, then captured Elishael and completed the Continental Crusader Army’s destruction.
• By Federation Year 380, the Federation controlled the five former Tri-Union universes and later took over the Kosa Empire and Nar Republic.
• By Federation Year 398, Montero had deployed four and a half Main Legions against the Black Mang Empire, but its First Imperial Guard Legion entrenched itself in the Task Universe and stalled his advance.

The Azure Dragon Alliance helped the Tailo Empire defeat its enemies, then Lin Yu’s forces subdued the Teli Empire and uncovered the White Church’s takeover. Lin Fan led an alliance expedition against the Church, but its retreat through a Cross-border Device left him determined to capture the device before it could be destroyed.

• Montero captured the Black Mang Empire’s capital, while Sharet escaped and destroyed the Tailo Empire’s core database, and Valeri made Montero Imperial Duke and sought an alliance with the Human Federation.
• Lin Fan secured nine universes and five Tailo legions for the Azure Dragon Alliance, then used a pincer attack and biological forces to destroy the allied armies threatening the Tailo Empire.
• Lin Yu’s five legions defeated the coalition attacking the Ketis Kingdom and secretly secured the metal Luo Li needed to test the Federation’s Black Hole Cavity Teleportation Device.
• Yehua’s White Church seized control of the Teli Empire, and Su He’s reconnaissance crew encountered its fleet before Su He escaped with the ship through a teleportation passage.
• Lin Fan assembled a punitive fleet with allied civilizations and invaded the Teli Empire, while the White Church’s leaders decided to withdraw toward the Sera Realm.
• Lin Fan learned that the White Church was escaping with a Cross-border Device and resolved to capture it before the Church destroyed it.

The Azure Dragon Alliance defeated the White Church, absorbed rival civilizations, and conquered the Black Mang Empire while preparing new realm expeditions. The arc ended as the Alliance entered the Dore Realm and faced the Black Church’s defenses.

• Lin Yu seized the White Church’s Cross-border Device, captured Paulina, and helped the Alliance conquer the Teli Empire.
• The Federation repelled Ziegler’s holy war, and Aierduo’s attempted coup collapsed after the bishops heard the full communication recording.
• The White Church surrendered and joined the Azure Dragon Alliance as the White Empire, while the Federation secured the Sera Realm.
• Montero urged Valeri to submit, and the Tailo Empire joined the Alliance with a seat and voting rights.
• The Federation used a Seed Fleet to infiltrate the Black Mang Empire, then Wang Hai and Lin Yu’s forces broke its defenses and conquered it.
• The Alliance unified the Kunsa Realm and began relocating civilizations as it prepared expeditions into the Dore Realm.
• Lin Fan sent the Alliance fleet through the Cross-border Channel, where the Black Church attacked its vanguard and destroyed the Sea Breeze Union legion.

The Federation destroyed the Black Church’s forces across the Dore Realm, then divided conquered universes and arranged for civilizations to relocate. The Federation prepared for its next expansion as the Black and White Church again called on the Xilbeila Empire to prepare for Holy War.

• After twenty-eight days of fighting, the Federation destroyed the Black Church’s forces at the Cross-border Channel, and Ternova learned that more than two thousand Federation Black Hole Lifeforms had entered the Dore Realm.
• Ternova unsealed the Black and White Sacred Canon and discovered a mothership near the Lanvis Universe, but its Colony Ship devastated allied fleets until Lin Fan boarded it, captured the bridge, and cut off Ternova’s control.
• Over four years, the Federation and its allies destroyed seven Mobile Churches, and Tevalin led the remaining Black Church forces toward the Alesera Realm before Lin Yu’s fleet destroyed the Seventh Mobile Holy See.
• After the Black Church was cleared from the Dore Realm, Lin Zhen divided the conquered universes and offered civilizations universes in the Sera or Dore Realm in exchange for relocating from the Kunsa Realm.
• Valeri and twenty-eight other civilizations joined the relocation plan, while Lin Zhen reserved universes for military and trade hubs and announced the Alliance’s second expansion in one hundred years.
• Luo Li identified the captured Colony Ship as a Peak Sixth-order vessel and determined that its materials could produce tens of thousands of advanced teleportation devices.
• The Federation expanded its forces and stationed fleets in the Sera and Dore Realms, while Carrot stalled the Xilbeila Empire’s preparations for another Holy War.
