Background / History

Xiao Wu first appears at Notting Academy as a new Dorm Seven resident. After defeating Wang Sheng, she becomes the dorm’s boss and offers to protect Starry Sky and the other residents. Starry Sky declines to challenge her for the position. 7

During the semester break, she follows Starry Sky’s group back to Holy Soul Village, largely because she wants to eat Mei’s cooking. There, Tang Hao senses her aura and exposes her as a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast living in human form. Terrified by Tang Hao’s Titled Douluo strength and his red Soul Ring, Xiao Wu is protected by Starry Sky, Raiden Shogun, and Underworld. 22 23

After Tang Hao’s death, Xiao Wu learns that Starry Sky’s group already knew her identity. Mei reassures her that she has nothing to fear, and Xiao Wu decides that staying beside Mei and the group is her safest option. 23 24

Five years later, Xiao Wu graduates from Notting Academy and enrolls at Blue Tyrant Academy alongside Starry Sky and Zhu Zhuqing. She publicly defeats a stronger Heaven Dou Royal Academy student, reveals her three-ring configuration, and declares her intention to make her name known across Heaven Dou City. 24 25

At the Heaven Dou Great Spirit Arena, Xiao Wu forms an undefeated duo with Zhu Zhuqing. She later receives the Eight-Petal Immortal Orchid from Starry Sky and advances to level 40. 30 35 37
