Background / History

Starry Sky was originally an anime enthusiast who died from formaldehyde poisoning caused by his collection of cheap merchandise. He was reborn on the Douluo Continent in Holy Soul Village, where Old Jack initially called him Jerry before he became known as Xing Kong/Starry Sky through his pendant. 1

Unlike Tang San, Starry Sky grew up sociable and friendly with the village children. He deliberately balanced cultivation with play and exercise, believing that relentless training would damage both body and mind. 1

At age six, he awakened three martial souls and concealed the true scale of his Innate Soul Power from the Martial Soul Hall. His former knowledge of the world's story and cultivation system informed his cautious approach to powerful factions and future events. 2 3

Starry Sky was notably tall for a six-year-old because of regular exercise. Classmates later describe him as handsome, while Zhu Zhuqing recognizes him by the details of his appearance after their earlier meeting. 1 17 71
