If it had been Moria the shut-in slob from twenty years later, he might have been worth fighting.
But the current Moria possessed Disaster Class strength, at the very least!
He was absolutely a monster.
Really, why had he transmigrated into the Pirate World?
Even if he had to transmigrate, he had been playing YGO before that. Shouldn't he have gone to the Yu-Gi-Oh! World instead?

But there was nothing he could do about it. When Ian came to his senses after getting crushed by the AI while trying to play a The Winged Dragon of Ra deck with pure passion, he had already arrived in this world.
His body had shrunk back to when he was two years old, and he had landed directly on a deserted island in the New World.
If Kaido had not happened to come there to kill himself, Ian would probably still be living as a savage.
That was how Ian had been picked up by Kaido and brought back to the Beasts Pirates. Three years had passed since then.
Furthermore, although Ian did not have a system, he had not transmigrated empty-handed. A Fruit had crossed over with him.

Kaido burst into laughter above Ian. "Not enough, kid! They blocked it!"
Blocked?
Ian looked down.
After the flames dispersed, what appeared before his eyes was a black wall stretched across the sky. It had been blasted into a ragged state, but it had indeed blocked the explosion.
That was his second strongest move! And it had been blocked so easily?
Moria really was strong.
As expected of the Hero of West Blue.
"Brat!!"
Beneath the black curtain, Moria roared hoarsely.
Though he had blocked the explosion, the terrifying heat that erupted in an instant still made his companions howl in pain. Quite a few had been directly burned.
If he had not used his shadow as a defense in time, that strike might have inflicted severe losses upon the Moria Pirates.
"You dare hurt my companions!!"
Moria clenched his fist at Ian. "Even if you're just a brat, I will never forgive you! Horn Blade: Shadow!"
The shadow curtain instantly stretched out, transforming into a long, narrow spear that stabbed directly toward Ian's stomach.
"Ugh!"
Ian's pupils shrank. Too fast. He could not dodge it.
Before that thought had even faded from his mind, the slender shadow spear had already struck his stomach.
This was a sharp spear capable of piercing even the tough flesh of the Ancient Giant Tribe!

A crisp sound rang out.
The sharp shadow spear pressed against Ian's stomach, yet it could not advance even an inch further.

Moria's expression changed drastically.

Ian let out a breath of relief.

"Get ready to defend yourselves! Leave everything else to me!"
Moria shouted. Even his attacks were useless, so his companions had even less chance of hurting this brat!

Kaido laughed loudly.
The defensive power of this brat's Golden Body nearly rivaled his Dragon Scales.
How could an attack of that level possibly hurt him?
"Brat!"
The piercing spear transformed into a shadow shaped like Moria, then became Moria himself in the very next second.
As a user of the Shadow-Shadow Fruit, Moria could switch places with his shadow at any time.
Since shadows alone did not work, he would use his real body!
Haki wrapped around the enormous scissors as he prepared to attack Ian directly.
Ian's heart tightened. Moria had used Haki. This form probably could not block his attack.
Then he would transform!
His two massive wings suddenly folded together in front of him.
Flames surfaced over his body.
Clang!
The scissors crashed heavily against Ian's body. Moria felt as though he had struck Seastone, and the recoil left his hands aching.
"How is this possible!!"
Moria's eyes widened in disbelief.
The flying dragon before him had become a massive golden sphere covered in mysterious patterns.
His scissors had struck the sphere's surface, yet he could not shake it in the slightest.
The Winged Dragon of Ra: Sphere Mode!
"You can use more force if you want, Moria!"
Kaido's voice boomed like thunder. "This is the brat's defensive form. In this state, his defense should be no weaker than that old hag Linlin's!"
This was defensive power comparable to King's!
Truly indestructible.
And it was not merely defensive power. In this form, the brat could even rapidly heal his own injuries.
Moria's expression had already turned extremely ugly.
Whoosh!
His eyes suddenly lit up.
Brilliant flames surged across the golden sphere, directly swallowing Moria within them.
The next second, Moria appeared on the ground, his entire body pitch-black.

Moria raised his head and stared at the golden sphere wrapped in flames.
There was something wrong with this fire's temperature!
It was far too scorching!
Even with Haki as a defense, he had nearly been burned.
What kind of ability did this brat possess?
He was so young, yet he could wield such power!!
"Worororororo!"
Kaido's laughter rang out again. "That should be enough, Ian."
Winning was probably impossible.
Ian thought so.
But Teacher Kai had said it.
The golden sphere transformed once more, and Ian returned to the form of the Golden Flying Dragon.
Then brilliant flames ignited around his body.
Ian's breathing grew hurried.
First form, Golden Flying Dragon.
Second form, Golden Sphere.
Next came the third form.
Scarlet impurities suddenly emerged within the golden flames. The golden divine dragon melted directly into the fire, transforming into a flaming bird composed of two-colored flames.
Third form, Divine Phoenix!
By consuming a portion of his stamina, he could completely transform himself into flames and become a phoenix spreading its wings!
The more stamina he consumed, the longer it would last and the greater the flames' destructive power would become!
Even the dark clouds in the sky began to disperse, while the nearby snow started melting outright.
Intense heat waves began spreading in all directions with Ian at their center.
The terrifying temperature instantly left the Moria Pirates drenched in sweat, only for that sweat to evaporate immediately and leave trails of salt on their bodies.

Moria could not believe it.
It was common knowledge that Mythical Zoans possessed special abilities, but Elementalization was far too outrageous! That was the greatest advantage of Logias!
He had no more time to think, because the flaming bird Ian had become was already diving straight toward him.
It probably would not do much, but since he was in this state anyway and did not need to be afraid, he might as well ram into him.

Moria leaped into the air, swinging his enormous scissors as he charged directly toward Ian.
