• Yu Tianxin agreed to marry into the Ye Family, but Ye Lingling rejected his proposal and named Lu Leng her fiancé, prompting Yu Tianxin to challenge Lu Leng.
• Lu Leng defeated Yu Tianxin and wounded the Seventh Elder, then found Zi Nü being bullied and learned how Yu Chengxian and the Soul Fighting Arena had mistreated her.

Lu Leng helped Shui Bing'er and Hai Mei'er, then rescued Ye Xingzhi and Ye Lingling from the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. After Ye Xingzhi died and Lu Leng was badly wounded, he and Ye Lingling entered the clan’s Forbidden Land and discovered a strange realm where they reached Thunder Pool.

Lu Leng and Ye Lingling pursued their Thunder God trials while uncovering the Thunder Pool Clan’s hidden ties to the Wolf Bandits. After defeating the bandits, they entered Thunder Roar Forest to destroy the Thunder Roar Hell Vine, where Lu Leng spent months honing his abilities.

• Lu Leng and Ye Lingling received their Thunder God assessments, with Lu Leng gaining the Nine Trials and Ye Lingling receiving Black Level Five Trials.
• Lu Leng crossed the Thunder Pool after months of training, completed his first trial, and received a mission to eliminate the Wolf Bandits while Ye Lingling completed her own trial.
• Lu Leng and Ye Lingling fought alongside the Thunder Pool Clan against the Wolf Bandits, and Lu Leng discovered that captured women were being held at the bandits’ lair.
• Lu Leng recruited volunteers from the clan and used paired poisons to weaken the Wolf Bandits before leading an assault on their lair.

• Lu Leng survived the Thunder Roar Hell Vine’s self-destruction, completed his third trial, and later learned that his next task was to kill Yu Yuanxin and Yu Yuanhao.
• Yu Man’er drugged Lu Leng and helped Yu Zhilang seize Ye Lingling, but Lu Leng killed Yu Zhilang, rescued Ye Lingling, and learned that Yu Ruyi had arranged the plot to help the Thunder Clan escape.
• Lu Leng and Ye Lingling poisoned and killed Yu Yuanhao and Yu Yuanxin, then completed their trials and discovered that the Thunder God Bow could reveal an exit from the secret realm.
