Before long, the Fang Fighting Wolf genes had been fully analyzed.
It had taken longer than he had expected.
Partly because of the injury to his arm, and partly for other reasons.
But it had all been worth it.
His Hound Gen 2 had finally been preliminarily completed.
Combining the finest hunting dog genes with Fang Fighting Wolf genes, he had finally created his perfect masterpiece.
For his masterpiece, Noah had given it the name Fighting Wolf.
Fighting Wolf's strength, speed, bite force, and survivability had all been unleashed by the T-Virus and Fang Fighting Wolf genes.
Although its head remained a weakness, even against an armed squad, as long as the distance was not too great, Fighting Wolf could easily deal with them.
The only issue was that the T-Virus's infectivity had yet to be resolved.
Given how dangerous Fighting Wolf was in its current state, Noah felt that Lethalizer was actually a more fitting name.
However, based on the research plan provided by the system, he had found a few possible solutions.
What came next was experimental verification.
At most, he could finish it within a month.
But there was not enough time.
Because tomorrow was the Weapons Expo.
Noah placed enormous importance on this Weapons Expo. It was Umbrella's first time attending.
It would also be Umbrella's first battle to make a name for itself.
So early that morning, he personally went to the venue to oversee the setup.
Because Umbrella had little reputation, its booth was in a very remote location.
The booth's location did not matter. As long as the products were good enough, they would naturally earn people's favor.
"Move faster. It's getting late. Clear out the biggest space in the middle for me. Our masterpiece needs a good spot.
"The combat support equipment can be placed farther off to the side. We don't have an advantage in that area..."
Noah directed the staff from below the stage.
Beside him, Frank looked around.
Although he had retired from the Marine Corps, his passion for weapons and equipment remained strong.
And now, he was also the head of security.
As a biological strategy and defense company, Umbrella naturally could not do without necessary weapons and equipment.
"Boss, what are our main exhibits?"
He had only recently joined the company and was still getting familiar with its products.
Noah's lips curved upward.
"After we head back today, I'll let you see."
Frank nodded, curiosity rising within him.
He could tell that his boss seemed very confident in the company's new product.
As they worked, a gentle voice drifted over from not far away.
"Umbrella?
"I'd heard that name before. So you must be Mr. Allen. You're quite an accomplished young man."
Noah looked over, then smiled.
"Mr. Osborn, I've heard much about you.
"As companies focused on the biotechnology field, I hope you'll look after us in the future."
Norman Osborn laughed.
"We're competitors. Let's call it mutual progress instead."
Norman Osborn's laughter was hearty, and there was not the slightest sign that he would one day become the Green Goblin.
But then again, it was said that the Green Goblin Serum amplified the evil within a person's heart. It could even cause dissociative identity disorder and create a Green Goblin personality.
With that in mind, his later transformation was not so strange.
"Mr. Allen, could you reveal Umbrella's flagship product?" Osborn asked.
There were not many companies qualified to participate in the expo, and most of them knew one another well.
But Umbrella was different. Its predecessor had been on the verge of bankruptcy, so it naturally had no products worth mentioning.
Although it was qualified to attend, it had not come in at least five years.
Now that Umbrella had just been established and was already attending the exhibition, it clearly had something different to offer.
Noah smiled.
"Our flagship product this time is, naturally, biological weapons."
"Oh?"
The curiosity in Norman Osborn's eyes deepened.
Osborn Enterprises was also a biotechnology company.
However, most of its products were still in the laboratory stage.
The only one close to completion, the Spider Serum, had already been stolen by Richard Parker, resulting in enormous losses.
After all, the Spider Serum had been Osborn Enterprises' primary research project.
No one knew how much manpower and resources had been poured into it.
He knew that Richard Parker had always been resistant to biological weapons.
But he had never imagined that Richard Parker would steal all the research data just as the project was nearing completion.
Then the plane crash happened, causing the years of research conducted by thousands at Osborn Enterprises to go to waste.
Osborn deeply hated Richard Parker.
Because what he had taken was not only the company's future, but also the hope of curing his family's hereditary disease.
The birth of the Spider Serum had been an accident. Now that everything had to start over, he did not even know whether he would get another chance.
Without the Spider Serum, the exhibits they had brought this time were all Bionic Mechs produced by the company.
They were extremely powerful, but also extremely expensive, meaning they were destined to never be equipped on a large scale.
Thus, Umbrella's biological weapons naturally piqued his curiosity.
Since they were biological weapons, it meant Umbrella had already achieved some results in biological research.
Noah did not explain further.
It was not time for the exhibition yet, and his relationship with Norman Osborn was not close enough for him to reveal his products in advance.
Norman Osborn clearly understood this as well, so he did not press the matter.
Afterward, Norman Osborn briefly introduced his own products.
After the two chatted for a while, Noah said, "I don't seem to have seen Tony Stark."
Norman Osborn chuckled. "Stark is a genius, and he's more arrogant than the average genius. Well... much more arrogant.
"I'm afraid he won't be showing up today."
Noah nodded. That was indeed Tony Stark.
A genius, and an insufferable one at that.
A man destined to be drowned in everyone's spit.
After finishing the preparations for the expo, Noah took Frank back to the company.
He had previously promised Frank that he would let him see Fighting Wolf.
It was also a good chance for him to find out just how much Fighting Wolf could accomplish against someone with Frank's peak human combat ability.
When he brought Frank into the underground laboratory, Frank looked at the scene before him in surprise.
"What a huge underground space!"
As far as the eye could see, the space underground seemed even larger than the one aboveground.
Noah smiled. "This is only a temporary testing ground.
"In fact, the company is already preparing to build an Umbrella research base in the suburbs.
"The new base will primarily consist of underground structures.
"It will be Umbrella's main site for research and testing. It'll be called the Hive."
That was indeed Noah's plan for the future.
He had already found the land, but the company had not yet made any profits, so it remained only a plan for now.
Once they sold products at this Weapons Expo, he planned to begin construction on the underground base.
In fact, as research into the T-Virus progressed, they had already developed several harmless applications. Though they were only preliminary uses, and solving cancer remained a distant prospect, they were still decent results.
These experimental products would be further researched by Anobella.
They would presumably be put into practical use very soon.
In the foreseeable future, these products would become one of the primary sources of profit for the two companies.
