Looking at the intelligence in his hand, Hudson did not even know where to begin mocking it. They really would not give anyone a moment of peace!
He had thought the kingdom had finally caught a lucky break and that its homeland would avoid the chaos caused by the Underworld Devils.
Never had he expected that it was not the Alpha Kingdom that had been lucky; the time simply had not yet come.
If they did not come, fine. But once they did, they erupted in three places at once.
Just seeing the names of those three provinces made Hudson feel that something was off.
Southeast Province lay in the kingdom's southeastern region, Illyricum Province in its southwestern region, while Laos Province belonged to the Northern Seven Provinces.
Geographically speaking, all three major provinces were somewhat remote, as if the Underworld Races had deliberately chosen out-of-the-way places.
Of course, strategically speaking, once they understood the Alpha Kingdom's internal situation, there was nothing wrong with choosing remote provinces as their starting point.
Not only were these provinces geographically isolated, they were not key military defense zones either. That was extremely advantageous to the invaders in the early stages of war.
But the locations of Underworld entrances were uncontrollable, and the Underworld Races could not determine where their exits would appear. For them to happen to emerge in those three places was too much of a coincidence.
After a brief lapse into thought, Hudson quickly came back to himself.
There was no point dwelling on those "coincidences."
The enemy had already come knocking. They had to strike back.
With such a change, the royal family was undoubtedly the most frustrated. The Underworld entrances that had once been such rare
