"Ah! Boss!"
Vodka, trailing behind Gin who had his eyes half-closed, was so surprised he dropped the cigarette he'd just bought from the convenience store.
"Vodka, as a code-named member of The Organization, don't make a fuss over every little thing."
Ash fell to the ground as Gin gave Vodka a cold look.
"But Boss, your car was driven away."
Gin looked in the direction Vodka was pointing, only to see the car's exhaust fumes. The spot where it had been parked was now completely empty.
"Boss, should we go after it?"
Gin glanced at Vodka, and Vodka felt his scalp tingle.
"If you think you can outrun a car."
Vodka shut his mouth, not daring to speak again, and stood obediently behind Gin.
"Phew~"
Gin exhaled a puff of smoke, his cool expression revealing no emotion.
"Boss, what do we do? Should we call the police?" Vodka asked naively.
Gin looked at him coldly, and Vodka instantly felt like he'd been stupid again.
As an internationally unknown criminal organization, why would calling the police be the first thought when something happened?!
"Vodka, your way of thinking is very similar to those Undercover Agents lurking within The Organization."
A chill ran through Vodka.
"Boss, I'm your most loyal subordinate! I'm sworn enemies with justice!"
"Heh~"
"Woohoo~"
Guchuan Ning drove the Porsche with one hand, making a victory gesture with the other.
"These days, antique cars like this aren't common. I really hit the jackpot today."
Guchuan Ning leaned back comfortably in the seat, picked up a drink from the passenger seat, and chugged it.
"Screech~"
"Hello, Officer."
Guchuan Ning pulled the car to the side of the road, looking docile and gentle at the sharp-looking police officer blocking his way.
"Hello, your car was speeding. Please show me your driver's license." Yumi Miyamoto said sternly, extending her gloved hand towards the car window.
"Driver's license? Can it wait a few months? I haven't even taken the test yet." Guchuan Ning rubbed his head, feeling a bit helpless.
"You dare to drive without a license?"
Yumi Miyamoto was taken aback.
After being a traffic cop for so long, this was the first time she'd encountered someone so brazen.
Not only did he not have a driver's license, but he also dared to openly speed, showing no regard for the Japanese police.
"Get out of the car! Why are you driving without a license?!" Yumi Miyamoto tugged at the car door.
"I didn't want to, but I'm only nineteen, and they won't let me take the test yet."
It's not that I don't want to, it's that they won't give me the chance to get a driver's license. I'm already nineteen, and back in China, I'd be an adult by now. Here, I can't even go to a bar.
"Alright, alright, stop pulling on the car door. This is a car I just got. For an antique car like this, if you damage it, I won't find another one."
Guchuan Ning got out of the car, pulled Yumi Miyamoto's hand away, and looked at his car door with a pained expression.
Honestly, Japanese police are too rough.
"How did you get the car?"
Yumi Miyamoto had already taken out her handcuffs.
"Someone left it there, so I drove it away."
She had originally thought it was just a simple speeding ticket, but it turned out to be a whole lot more.
Compared to everything else, speeding was the least noteworthy offense.
"Are you telling the truth?" Yumi Miyamoto put the handcuffs on Guchuan Ning's wrist, just short of locking them.
"I always tell the truth."
"Then come back with me." Yumi Miyamoto handcuffed Guchuan and pushed him into the car.
"Easy, I'm not going to resist. Can't you be a little gentler?" Guchuan said with disdain.
"Behave yourself. When we get back to the Police Station, you'll contact your parents."
Yumi Miyamoto didn't humor Guchuan at all.
"I have my legal father's business card in my pocket, it has his number. You can take it," Guchuan Ning told Yumi Miyamoto.
"Okay."
"Wait, not the pocket on my butt!"
"Got it."
Gin sat in the bar, puffing on a cigarette, the bartender absorbing a large amount of secondhand smoke, not daring to even cough.
"Boss, we found the car."
Vodka stood opposite Gin, his expression strange, as if he wanted to speak but hesitated.
"Where's that damned car thief?"
"At the Police Station."
"Hmm?"
Even Gin, who was always unflappable, was a little surprised.
He had told Vodka to gather his subordinates to retrieve his Porsche and catch the car thief so he could kill him himself. But Vodka was telling him the car thief was at the Police Station.
Don't tell me you called the police to catch the car thief?
Vodka, are you still denying you're an Undercover Agent?
"Boss, according to our informant at the Police Station, the car thief was caught by traffic police for speeding. Both the person and the car are at the Police Station now," Vodka whispered.
That damned car thief really knows how to cause trouble.
Someone who could steal a car from them should, logically, have some skill and guts. How could they get caught by the Police Station just for speeding?
"Hmph~" Gin puffed on his cigarette, feeling a bit speechless himself.
"Send someone to steal the car back. When that car thief gets out of the Police Station, finish him off." Gin's idiocy-intolerance was flaring up.
Such a foolish car thief didn't deserve to die by his hand.
"Yes, Boss!"
"Boss, bad news!"
A black-clad subordinate rushed into the bar, covered in rain.
"What's wrong?" Vodka asked.
"Sherry's gone!"
"What!?"
"What!?"
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have driven without a license, and I shouldn't have stolen the car."
Guchuan Ning sat in a chair at the Police Station, apologizing insincerely.
"Just apologizing isn't enough, especially when your apology is so insincere," Yumi Miyamoto glanced at Guchuan Ning.
Not everything can be solved with a simple apology. When you do something wrong, you should face the consequences of the law, even if you're a minor.
"I've already apologized, what more do you want? Do you want me to die?" Guchuan Ning said, looking impatient.
"What kind of attitude is that!"
Yumi Miyamoto wanted nothing more than to punch Guchuan Ning in the face.
He was too arrogant. Arrogant brats should be taught a harsh lesson. She wondered what kind of family could raise such a lawless child.
Guchuan Ning glanced outside.
It was dark, and the rain was pouring.
"It's already so late, can I go home and sleep?" Guchuan Ning yawned.
"No!"
"Of course you can!"
To Yumi Miyamoto's surprise, a pot-bellied middle-aged police officer walked over with a smile.
"Young Master Guchuan, thank you for finding the car. I believe the owner will be very grateful to you," the middle-aged police officer said, shaking Guchuan Ning's hand.
"Haha, I love helping others."
"Young Master Guchuan, would you like us to drive you home?"
"No need, I can go back by myself. No need to trouble you."
"No trouble at all, no trouble at all."
