"Little Ai, I'm back."
Little Ai came out of the kitchen with a broom in hand and looked ready to swing it at Guchuan.
"What are you doing?" Guchuan dodged aside.
"Don't dodge. Let me sweep away your bad luck," Little Ai said with a stern face.
"What bad luck?" Guchuan did not take it seriously, but he still let Little Ai brush the broom over him.
"But why does this broom smell?" Guchuan asked, covering his nose.
Little Ai awkwardly hid the broom behind her back, then embarrassedly took it back into the kitchen. She had just used it to sweep the kitchen floor and had grabbed it without thinking.
"You little—"
Guchuan flew into a rage and scooped Little Ai up.
"You're awful!"
Little Ai struggled from side to side, but Guchuan was having even more fun. He refused to let go, rocking her back and forth until Little Ai laughed so hard she could barely close her mouth.
Damn it, didn't this look like a father teasing his daughter?
An inexplicable sense of shame welled up in Little Ai's heart. She absolutely had to drug Guchuan someday and let him experience the helplessness of being bullied by an adult.
"Little Ai, do you admit you were wrong?" Guchuan lifted Little Ai over his head.
Little Ai stayed silent. She would never admit fault to this guy.
This guy was so annoying. It really would have been more fitting to keep him locked up in prison.
"Good. I admire this attitude of refusing to admit your mistakes. Under my influence, you really are becoming more and more like me." Guchuan nodded approvingly.
"I'm nothing like you!" Little Ai retorted unhappily.
"See? You have to argue with everything I say. You're practically cut from the same mold as me,"
