Qi Seas and Mana Qi

The Five Seas Realm is founded on the body's five lung lobes. A cultivator repeatedly refines a lung lobe with Mana Qi until it produces an Inner World Ocean, creating a Qi Sea. Each Qi Sea functions as a furnace: Mana Qi flows in from the Spring Eyes, is stored and refined, then emerges purer and more powerful. 56 133

• A cultivator who breaks through from Seven Springs typically opens a first Qi Sea of one fang.
• A cultivator who breaks through from Eight Springs may open two fangs.
• A cultivator who breaks through from Nine Springs begins with three fangs, giving them a major Mana Qi-density advantage over peers. 133
• If all five lung lobes and Inner World Oceans are destroyed, Blood Crystals can repair the lung lobes but cannot restore the Qi Seas. Re-establishing them requires a Five Seas Pill or a legendary Spatial Magic Tool. 56

Battle Intent

Battle Intent is cultivated from martial techniques that have reached Heavenly Dao Mana Fusion. It can suppress an opponent's body, spirit, and will, creating an invisible locking pressure that may leave weaker cultivators unable to resist. 78 120

• A preliminary Battle Intent may manifest faintly in the Second Realm, though it still requires integration with spirit and Mana Qi to become substantial. 156
• In the Third Realm, Battle Intent takes form and becomes a major increase in combat power. 119

Fengfu and Zutian

Fengfu and Zutian are supplementary internal worlds whose value becomes apparent from the Fifth Realm onward. Unlike the five lung-based Qi Seas, they are living worlds that can continue expanding through cultivation. 102 171

• Fengfu initially stores enough Mana Qi for only a single move. 102
• Zutian has no fixed size; most cultivators begin with roughly a square foot, enough for around a dozen moves. 102
• Highly gifted cultivators can expand these seas to enormous sizes, potentially surpassing the main Qi Seas. 171

Advancement and Resources

• The Five Seas Pill is a key breakthrough resource. After Lingxiao Palace issued the Small Field Edict, it became much harder to obtain; once war began, its supply was completely halted. 55
• Major powers recruit outstanding Seven Springs Hall cultivators by awarding them Five Seas Pills, making advancement dependent on factional patronage for many martial cultivators. 55
• Crimson Haze Exotic Medicine and spatial treasures can assist in expanding a newly formed Qi Sea, but creating later seas remains increasingly difficult. 133 242
