Background / History

Rinto initially regarded the Heavenly Transfer Technique as his foremost objective in Kumogakure, valuing it as a logistics, tactical, and long-range strike tool when paired with Flying Thunder God formulas 52.

After Kumogakure's delegation returned from Konoha, Rinto was assigned to the Field Operations Division and received the division's technique scroll from squad leader Tsuchihon 87. He mastered both the technique and its formula within a week through extensive use of Shadow Clones 88.

Rinto quickly put the technique into field service, transmitting intelligence from remote Kumogakure operatives and later transferring the captured Four-Tails Jinchuriki away from Iwagakure 92 93. His early targeting accuracy remained imperfect, repeatedly striking Tsuchihon in the head with incoming transfers 91 93.

The technique relies on specially made positioning scrolls rather than ordinary spatial perception.

Remote Transfer
