Having spent many years with Thor, Loki understood his weaknesses and knew what he cared about. He was brimming with confidence in his psychological attack, certain that he would provoke Thor into a furious rage. He enjoyed the sense of accomplishment from making Thor stomp with anger while being unable to do anything to him!
But this time, Loki had miscalculated!
To Loki's surprise, Thor did not fly into a rage under his provocation. Instead, a smile appeared on his face.
Looking at the startled Loki, Thor said unconcernedly,
"Who says she'll definitely be taken by time? Maybe she'll live even longer than I do!"
Loki immediately shook his head and said,
"That's impossible! Earthlings live no more than a hundred years, while we can live for over five thousand. That is the difference between gods and men. It cannot be changed!"
Thor smiled at the utterly certain Loki and said slowly,
"Don't forget who captured you, a god!"
Chen Mo's figure immediately surfaced in Loki's mind, making his heart tighten. He guiltily looked around at once. Remembering that Chen Mo had flown high into the sky earlier and should not be near the airship now, Loki quickly relaxed again. Turning to Thor, he said irritably,
"That guy might not even be from Earth!"
Thor did not argue with Loki over whether Chen Mo was an Earthling. He simply said,
"Whether he's from Earth or not, he has a way to turn ordinary Earthlings into super soldiers. Steve's strength already rivals that of an Asgardian soldier, and after seventy years, he has barely aged! I believe he can turn Jane into a god like us!"
At this point, Thor looked at Loki
