Amid the Super Kaiju's furious roar, the Giant Jaeger flipped through the air and landed squarely on its back, forcing its body to sink slightly beneath the weight.
At the same time, a streak of blue light extended from its spine toward the rear of its body.
Chen Mo gripped his longsword and bent down, thrusting toward the Super Kaiju's back.
But just as the sword was about to pierce the Super Kaiju's back, its three enormous tails lashed fiercely at the Giant Jaeger. Their tips blazed with dazzling blue light—the Super Kaiju had directly transferred the force of the Giant Jaeger stepping on its back into its tails.
Chen Mo immediately changed his move, raising his sword to slash at the incoming tails.

The Giant Jaeger's movements were ultimately nowhere near as swift or agile as Chen Mo himself. Broad, sweeping techniques were manageable, but it was simply impossible to fully unleash Chen Mo's exquisite swordsmanship.
Chen Mo only had time to swing his sword back and slash the tip of the second tail. The blue energy bursting from it knocked the blade away, causing it no damage.
Chen Mo then had no choice but to leap from the monster's back, evading the final tail's attack.
Standing on the ground, Chen Mo did not feel disappointed. The Super Kaiju's performance had been entirely within his expectations.
