Kyln Prison was enormous, holding a vast number of dangerous inmates and equipped with an equally enormous number of guard drones.
Guard drones periodically flew out from the passageways on the surrounding floors. Most headed toward Chen Mo, but a small portion flew toward the watchtower.
The three windows at the front of the watchtower had already been blasted full of cracks by the rocket launcher and could no longer withstand the guard drones' gunfire.
To prevent Star-Lord and the others inside the watchtower from suffering any casualties, Chen Mo immediately intensified his attack. Micro Auto-tracking Missiles shot out one after another, tracing arcs through the air and destroying every guard drone that approached the watchtower.
Inside the watchtower, everyone watched Chen Mo display his might while listening to Star-Lord recount his glorious deeds.
They greatly admired Chen Mo for ending a planet-wide world war and willingly sacrificing himself to save the people, but they still had only a limited understanding of his strength.
To them, Earth was merely a relatively backward civilized planet. With their strength, equipment, and technology, ending a world war would not have been particularly difficult.
However, when they learned from Star-Lord that Chen Mo had once defeated and wiped out the Chitauri Legion sent by Thanos, the way they looked at Chen Mo changed completely.
As one of the universe's top powerhouses, Thanos was known throughout the cosmos. The Chitauri Legion, one of his two major forces, was equally infamous. Countless civilized planets had been destroyed at the hands of the Chitauri Legion.
