Chen Mo chose Shockwave for Crossbones Brock Rumlow. He could unleash powerful shockwaves from his chest and hands, with astonishing destructive power.

This ability could be used not only for ranged attacks, but also at close range or even while in contact with a target. With deliberate control, there would be no visible trace of the shockwaves at all, and people would only think the destruction had been caused by his fists!

Hill would be responsible for the newly formed HYDRA organization in the future, so she did not have particularly high requirements for combat strength.
