Alice frowned and turned to look at Chen Mo.

After saying that, Chen Mo turned and headed straight for the stairs leading below deck.
Seeing this, Alice and Claire stopped dwelling on whether it was a trap. They immediately gripped their weapons and followed behind Chen Mo.
The group formed a line and carefully descended the stairs. There seemed to be no lighting in the hold below deck. The light filtering in from above illuminated only a small area around the stairs. The farther down they went, the dimmer it became, until the depths of the hold were pitch-black!
Prepared in advance, everyone took flashlights from their persons. Several bright beams shot down the stairs into the dark hold!
Under the flashlight beams, the scene inside the hold was revealed to them.
Rows upon rows of shipping containers stood neatly arranged in the hold, blocking their view and preventing them from seeing the entire space!
After descending the stairs, all they could see were those containers. The walls of the hold and the inner deck beneath their feet were covered in rust. No matter how they looked at it, this appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary cargo ship.
