Interstellar Universe Campaign Must Accelerate

The Zenith Civilization's war plan naturally involved far more than this stellar array.

Several Advents with Stellar-level combat power had set out long before this. They crossed the Tree Herder Galaxy and continued until they reached regions where Star Systems were normally distributed.

The station masters of the intelligence stations, who had departed even earlier, had already reached these scattered Star Systems. Based on the intelligence they provided, the Stellar-level fighters infiltrated lifeless Star Systems and quietly laid their ambushes.

The purpose of these ambushes had continually changed with technological progress. At first, they had been traps meant to consume the Otsutsuki Clan's time and resources. Later, they had been planned as defensive positions for layer upon layer of resistance.

Now, they served as crossfire points that would fire from behind once the frontal offensive began.

Firing from behind naturally demanded more from the operatives than confronting the enemy head-on.

They had to avoid detection as the Otsutsuki Clan passed by, maintain total information silence throughout, and judge for themselves when to initiate combat.

If the enemy discovered them before the battle began, the ambushers had to be capable of fighting the Otsutsuki Clan and escaping their encirclement.

There were not many people who could meet those requirements.

The Advents with Stellar-level combat power were certainly powerful, but their strength was mainly reflected in their immense control over the matter and energy around them.

In terms of the power directly possessed by Advents themselves, the distinction between Planetary and Stellar was not all that dramatic.

Of course, there were exceptions among the Stellar-level fighters whose individual energy levels were extraordinarily high, such as Aburame Tetsumaru, Otsutsuki Kaguya, Warhammer, Eighth Master, and Hyuga Hinata.

Aburame Tetsumaru might have been called the strongest, but he had never truly fought against the odds.
