The three Otsutsuki Kekkei Mōra were naturally shocked. Before they could lament the fact that Otsutsuki Shibai had already died, each of them reacted.

Otsutsuki Senzō and Otsutsuki Tensei were relatively young and had spent long periods in hibernation. Whenever they were awake, they were almost always fighting, so they charged boldly toward the planetary core.

Otsutsuki Ankō, meanwhile, was the first Kekkei Mōra. Though he had experienced more wars, the trials of life and death had honed his instincts for danger. His ancient, dignified face remained impassive, but the deep lines beside his nose twitched faintly.

Otsutsuki Ankō ignored his two companions. Rather than trying to descend toward the planetary core to attack—or even destroy—the Otsutsuki God that had spoken, he followed his instincts and moved upward without hesitation, attempting to flee at all costs.

No longer disguising itself, the Otsutsuki God spoke in its electronic voice. "You dare attack the god who created you?"

"You're overthinking it."

Otsutsuki Senzō and Otsutsuki Tensei turned a deaf ear to those words and continued moving downward. As long as they reached the Stele Forest Plaza at the center of the planetary core, they could destroy the Otsutsuki God's computational core.

As Kekkei Mōra of the Otsutsuki Clan, they possessed many privileges, especially extensive authority within the planet. They could directly open passages to advance, making them far faster than the Zenith Civilization assault teams that had to painstakingly dig their way down.

Yet it was Otsutsuki Ankō, who had headed upward in an attempt to escape, who suffered first. Just as the old man who had sensed danger was about to leave the mantle layer, he silently lost consciousness. His body went limp and fell toward the planet's center through the vertical passage he had opened.
