• Ye Chen announced that he would assess the freshmen and choose two reserve-team members, but Ye Yu withdrew from the contest and challenged him directly.
• Ye Chen tested Support System freshman Qin Mo and discovered that his Seven-Colored Gourd Vine’s Martial Soul Avatar guaranteed a one-hundred-percent enhancement, though it severely drained him.
