• Ye Chen escaped Ming De Hall after defeating Jing Hongchen, then reunited with the Shrek students and told them to claim they had never left the experiment table.
• Yue told Ye Chen that the black-clothed youth had called their true battlefield somewhere other than the Starry Night Mountain Range, and Ye Chen privately shared his Ming De Hall gains with Fan Yu.

Ye Chen struck a bargain with Jing Hongchen, then used Ju Zi’s map and Huo Yuhao’s help to infiltrate the imperial city and reach Xu Tianchen’s crystal coffin. The group subdued the men guarding it as Ye Chen prepared to use Xu Tianran’s ceremony to advance his plan.

• Ye Chen denied taking Ming De Hall’s documents, but Jing Hongchen asked him to abduct Xiao Hongchen and Meng Hongchen in two years and told him about a dangerous secret realm in Sky Wind City.

Ye Chen's attempt to escape Xu Tianran's trap unleashed a curse that devastated Mingdu and greatly strengthened his Spiritual Power. He then helped rescue the Liu Family from Xu Tianran, leaving with them and the Shrek group as his plan to restore Xu Tianchen remained unfinished.

• Ye Chen and Wang Dong'er were caught in Xu Tianran's trap, and Ye Chen used Time-Space to reverse the soul tool door before gray energy entered his left eye and stopped their escape.
• The curse spread through Mingdu, killing most of its people, while the Netherworld absorbed their preserved souls and raised Ye Chen's Spiritual Power to the peak of Tangible but Formless.
